Every time I go, it's out of stock of items I want. Apart from that, the staff are lovely.

Excellent experience. My doctor advised me to get a diffuser to help with breathing issues and there were 3 options - Deborah provided all the information I needed and advice regarding which oils to use. Will definitely go back again to top up on oils.

Don’t buy online for home delivery!It’s been one full week and no sign of delivery of my order while on their website my order is listed as fulfilled!Their couriers tracking still says that the order is with the sender after one week. It’s so unprofessional and incompetent for a major company. Some small eBay suppliers are much more efficient than this company. I regret to make an online purchase for home delivery. Please visit their shops instead of home delivery. I needed my order for my week trip from this Saturday but I won’t get it in time. How so bad!!!

Fantastic service from the lady who worked on her own Friday the 4th of June, on seemed to be busy day but yet did not hesitate to take time to provide me my friend with information about products. Very acknowledgeable, very patient and extremely helpful lady!This is a kind of service you expect from shop like that when one-to-one Custer service is a must.Every time I’m back in London and getting off Victoria station, I shall always to pop in to this shop and buy more products instead of online on from my own local shop in Brighton!Thank you again to the lady who served us that day. Lovely shop but the shop assistant who was an eastern Europe woman was quite abrupt and insulted me by suggesting that I try the skin care range for mature and wrinkled skin.I went in there to enquire about the travel pack, I knew what I wanted, my sister had been in there previously and had said to her do you still have the travel packs that were here the other day"? and in an abrupt voice she replied " we do not have any left

I went to Neal yard remedies Victoria Street, London. The security guard moved a basket on floor so that I could get through in my wheelchair and I was Served by Amina after she got the organic frankincense oil she said is that all you want, Amina not polite at all,You will lose customers because of Amina tone of voice and choice of words.
