The man who did my nails did an amazing job! Best nails I have ever had! Will definitely be back!

I paid £25 for what was meant to be a gel manicure only for it to be a one hand gel removal and shellac color change on both hands. The woman appears to be knowledgeable about nails, and will give you some anecdotal information such as “soaking the fingers in water shortens the life of the manicure,” SIMPLY to justify, skipping all the steps that are required in a standard manicure, leaving you with poorly shaped, sloppy work, and nails that start chipping the very next day. She will blame the state of your nails and the bad paint job on previous manicures when in reality a good manicurist can work with damaged nails and still make the manicure look professional. I highly DO NOT recommend this place avoid it at all costs… someone should report them to companies house. They need to issue refunds before they get shut down.

Unfortunately my experience has been extremely unsatisfactory. I have had two “treatments” by them. The first time the gel started falling off my the time I got home….. LOLToday I have had the worst manicure ever it doesn’t even look like my nails have been done and not to mention they have never been clear about the price I paid the same amount I paid for gel nails! It is as if they make it up as they go along. Please see the picture below for this horrible treatment! I feel robbed of £20 honestly. God will rain fire upon you!

Came here for the first time the other day and was a great choice considering go many nails shops there are in Kilburn. I went during my lunch break so only a few people around, and was seen to quickly. They did a fantastic job and was done in around half an hour - shellac removal and new application all for £26. I would recommend as a very clean and neat job done.

Been coming to this nail shop religiously for over a year was so delighted and happy with how long they lasted and how great the designs turned out, but the last three times I’ve visited there has been a loss of great customer service. I am devastated with the nails I’m left with today, totally not the shape, nor the design I wanted. My two hands look like they were not even done by the same person!! One side sooo much thicker than the other. She pulled my skin from under so much that my fingertips are hot and swollen. It’s almost as if she wanted my nails to look bad? Two ladies beside me also complaining and she brushed it off? What the owner must understand is you need to treat all clients like they are paying you? Funding your whole business? You lose customers then you lose business babe. Instead of treating clients good or bad to how they look or how they act. I work as a manager and customer service is Everything!!Will never be coming again.

I have been to this shop once before as it was recommended to me and a lovely lady helped me to go through what shape and length would be best for my small nail beds and made me feel very comfortable with asking questions. i loved it so much that i returned for infills 3 weeks later and they had lasted amazingly! when i returned the lady wasn’t there and there was 3 men in the shop. The older man sat me down and i said I would like infills of the white french tip (what i had already) but I wanted to slightly change the shape. Everything was fine until I looked down when he was shaping the nails and they were all wonky and misshaped! I looked multiple times to check my eyes were deceiving me but they were definitely wonky. I told the man politely and he said okay and tried to fix it, he couldn’t. I told him again (and this was for both hands not just one) and he still couldn’t seem to shape them properly! I was getting frustrated as this was already 1 hour in to the appointment (way too long for infills.) He then proceeds to tell me it’s my nail shape and that my middle finger is fatter and that’s why it looks different to the rest, this is obviously just not true. I had to give in as there was lots impatient customers waiting and didn’t want to cause a nuisance but I’m really unhappy with the shape. It got worse as he also made the french tip super wide and then told me I said that’s what I wanted! This was now 1hour and 20 mins in and I just wanted to leave… I asked how much ans it was £28 for french tip acrylic infills, what a joke!!! I paid £32 for a full set the time before, how can infills only be £4 and for really short nails anyway! When I questioned the price, (especially as the nails he had done were not at all worth that much), the two other men turned and all started speaking to me at once and they were all saying different prices!! I’m sick of Nail shops just picking and choosing the prices to what they feel like on the day. The men in the shop were intimidating and rude and had no kindness to my question on price and clearly were embarrassed that they had so many customers waiting. I would never EVER go back, I walked out in tears with how my nails look and how I was treated.

Please avoid this place, I highly don’t recommend. I wanted to treat myself with a manicure and relax after a long work day so went to this nail place (my first visit and definitely the last visit), when I walked in there was no acknowledgment of my presence so I told the lady who was busy doing her OWN nails lol that I’m here for a manicure, she literally shouted telling me to sit down (this was my cue to leave the place but I was so tired and just wanted to get my nails done). I waited long till she called me in, she started with my nails (I asked for almond shape but what I got was far away from this) I didn’t comment on the bad shape and kept quiet, in the process she wanted to use a tissue to dry my cuticle but the tissue wasn’t clean and had big multiple stains on it so I told her nicely to use a new tissue, she got angry and told me that this tissue is clean and the stains from the nail paint that she was using on the previous customer, how DISGUSTING!! Then, she asked me to wash my hands and I did. Then I asked her for tissues to dry my hands, she shouted at me telling me to use the towels, I told her I don’t like towels for hygienic purposes. She gave a tissue but was clearly too angry and was pulling my hands so fast and hard, I was actually getting hurt, I told her to ask me to move closer instead of pulling me around, she was extremely rude and unprofessional. When I asked for her name she said it’s booo and started laughing and making fun of me with her colleagues in her own language. She said she’s the manager and owner of the place (hence she clearly didn’t value her customers). After that she kept pressing hard on my fingers and hurting me. This lady is absolutely rude, disrespectful and aggressive. There are no hygienic standards, the place is filthy. She uses same tools on all her customers without even sanitising them first, she doesn’t even leave them in the usual vessel with sanitiser like the rest of the nail shops. I wanted a relaxing, pampering experience but this lady made me cry from the horrible treatment, she’s very horrible and insensitive. She lacks basic customer service skills and is not worth going to her nails shop.

Jessica is amazing . If you want to go to this salon ask for her she’s so professional and lovely. She knows exactly what she’s doing . She’s careful with her work but she also doesn’t take too long with her work either . She’s very welcoming and considers exactly what you want to do.
