Cannot praise this company enough, excellent customer service, top notch product. The 2 lads who erected the greenhouse were complete gentlemen and could answer knowledgeably all the questions we asked them. Dean in the office deserves 5 stars, nothing was too much trouble to change, would highly recommend this company.

Very pleased with my Swallow Kingfisher Greenhouse. Was working in Rotherham and was shown the manufacturing process before ordering. My purchase was an ex demo model sold on ebay at reduced price. Nevertheless I had first class treatment from start to finish.The greenhouse is in its third year and remains as solid as a rock despite horrendous weather at times. I am about to clean the exterior wood and restain but that is only to be expected as it gets a lot of leaf fall. I would not hezitate to biy from this company again.

A few lessons in Customer Service for your office staff i.e. Dean, would not go amiss.I spent over 3k on a white lily painted wood greenhouse which was fitted and left in a shockingly bad state. Split wood everywhere, which was obviously accentuated by being painted white and not stained. This was partly due to screws being screwed in the wrong places when constructing it.I sent many photos of the damage and faults and Swallow agreed it was unacceptable.I paid a bit extra and had the greenhouse replaced with a slightly larger version in treated timber, and all has been fine UNTIL NOW.I have had the greenhouse dismantled as we are having our patio replaced, and upon dismantling, certain wooden components are completely warped and bent out of shape so cannot be re-used.I was advised by Dean" the office boy

Swallow provided me with one of their Rook potting sheds. The folks in the office were helpful, the guys who delivered and installed it were friendly, helpful (especially given the parking was difficult) and left the place tidy. Four stars rather than five because the process was a bit slow - they won't start making it until that they've seen the base has been installed. Our base was done (by a different company) on 16th April, then Swallow started making the shed and installed it on the 6th June - 6+ weeks.

Cannot recommend Swallow enough. Everyone I dealt with, from the first enquiry to the installers and aftercare have been superb. The greenhouse is just wonderful; solidly built and, frankly, a thing of beauty! You will have to wait for your greenhouse, and you'll need to get your base built well ahead of when you want it installed, but it's well worth the wait. Would recommend to anyone.

Superb quality greenhouses at sensible prices, and the support is second to none - we needed a repair to a leaky roof on our 5 year old greenhouse. They came and fixed it under the 10 year warranty with no quibble at all.Great company .

I cannot praise this firm enough. We bought a swallow 6 X 10 green house.. Everything went like clockwork from ordering to the delivery and buod time. The two greenhouse builders were polite and professional. They built the greenhouse during a yellow weather warning in what could only be described as something of a gale. I am 100% happy with the whole process and couldn't praise this firm enough. If you are going to buy a quality greenhouse use this firm.

Guys from your company delivered a product to a customer on our housing development. I assume as its a new development they also think it's a tip too so decided put the rubbish from cab onto the road a leave for us to pick up. Thanks lads

Rook Potting Shed - Premium Product but problem with rear gutter rainwater removal –If you have a Swallow (GB) Ltd Rook Potting Shed with optional guttering fitted, check out its ability to collect and remove rainwater.I purchased a new Rook Potting Shed from Bourne Buildings, Farnham, Surrey, but within days, during moderate rainfall, water spilled over the rear edge of the guttering and down over the rear wooden wall panels.Swallow have investigated but now say there is no problem with the design. However, they visited site three times, each time adjusting or experimenting with a different solution.Despite Swallow seeing the problem for themselves, they have now walked away from the situation having provided a very untidy and unsatisfactory temporary solution. Pictures can be provided.Why put this amount of effort into solving a problem that does not exist!!I can only conclude, as far as Rain Water Removal is concerned, the standard Rook production models are ‘not fit for purpose’.If you have the same model of Potting Shed from Swallow (GB) Ltd, then presumably, the same problem exists. You will also need Swallow (GB) Ltd to come up with a fix.We just need our Supplier (Swallow (GB) Ltd) to act responsibly and design or engineer a proper long term remedy, for the benefit of ALL.

Many thanks to Michael in the office at swallow for sorting a floor problem with my swallow rook potting shed and the bespoke shelf / bench. Also a big thanks to Scott who realy knew his stuff and Richard who arrived at 07-30am and promptly built the potting shed in very wet and cold conditions. Once again these 2 guys are a credit to Swallow. Fully recommend a great product.
