I didn't want to give a star at all, I booked speedie a week ahead and always confirm the booking 20 minutes to the time I booked but they come late most of the days and when I call customer service to complain they kept cutting off my calls or they don't pick my calls at all or they lied I never call, it's so sad and disheartening, really it got me teary and depressed for days ...can this be looked into and corrected so it doesn't have to go on because I don't want to believe it's because of my race...is customer service no longer a priority to organizations?

0 star for sure, first off had to wait 1 and a half hours for a taxi which Is definitely fair enough it’s a Saturday night and the gentleman at the door was lovely about it but someone else who doesn’t live near me (complete stranger to me) jumped in the taxi, which is fair aswell. She jumped out without paying which I thought was strange but not my problem and the taxi driver MADE ME pay for this strangers taxi which I don’t think is fair at all I am not happy at all. We had a conversation in the car about how it’s wrong to charge me for his mistake and his response was “well you should have sorted it with her, not my problem” EXCUSE ME?! I don’t know her at all and it was YOUR trip, it’s safe to say I will not being using Speedie cars again yellow cars all the way !!

Booked my taxi at 9.33 from Johnstown. Received a message at 9.55 to say taxi was arriving but no taxi arrived, so called the lady in the office and she was very rude, told me if we were ordinary people we would be able to notice it arriving. I find that very rude and not a very good attitude considering I use this service most days so I am not very happy

Paid £24 for a lift to Chester from Wrexham (on a Thursday at 22:00), which I find very reasonable and good pricing. Nice driver who we had a really interesting conversation with.

Thankyou so much after being let down by another taxi firm pre booked rang this taxi firm and was picked up and made my flight the young man that got me to Liverpool Airport was friendly and professional again Thankyou

On Thursday, I was in a queue of traffic on the B&Q roundabout. One of the taxis from Speedie cars (licence number 560), clearly felt that they were more important than anyone else and used the wrong lane to undertake everyone else in the queue. Due to his decision, he also created further traffic behind him, blocking cars being able to get on the A483. I rang Speedie Cars later that morning to raise the matter to them. I thought they would want to know if someone driving with their company name on was driving in this manner, however apparently they don't care. After explaining the situation, the guy on the phone asked if the driver was driving dangerously! I would say undertaking is very dangerous. He then said he would get the boss to call me, that never happened. Appalling company, appalling driving, appalling attitude. AVOID!UPDATE - I find your response absolutely appalling. Communication is a wonderful thing, if the person on the phone said to me that it may take a couple of days for a response, then guess what, I would have waited to leave this review. If I was the passenger in the car, I would have not felt safe as it was abundantly clear he was not driving in a safe manner. Yes I totally understand taxi drivers can get a bad rep, but incidents like this do not help their cause. Your response does not help either. As a business, you should have acknowledged the error, explain that the person had been spoken to and that's it. As I said earlier, all of this could have been avoided if the person on the phone actually communicated effectively. Luckily for you, my edit means you get another chance to respond professionally. I will also note that you responded within hours to my public review, yet you have still not contacted me to discuss this complaint as was said on the phone?
