Passionis Flowers - Event and Occasion Florist

Absolute scam. Ordered online and chose the delivery as same day...money has been taken from my account but the recipient has not received any flowers and it's now been a week since my order. I have emailed and had no reply and called the number on the website yet the number keeps cancelling like they're rejecting the call. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!Annoyingly, this is what you get when you deliberately try and buy from local companies... I guess it'll be bloom and wild next time. Good work Passionis, you've ruined it for everyone.Oh and by the way, the flowers were for a friend who's dad died - so thanks a bunch 'maz'.In reply to the reply - I don't appreciate the tone. I tried to contact you before leaving this review and when I received no reply I was forced to get your attention this way.I called the number on your website and it kept saying 'opposite hangup' and wouldn't give me the option to leave a message. The email, I'm not sure why you haven't received but I don't believe that this didn't make it into your orders as the money has been taken from my account so I honestly think that's a barefaced lie.A refund will be appropriate, I will email with my details.Further reply - so you're now telling me you did deliver? Can you confirm what date this was supposed to be? That's awfully convenient that no one was home and you have a witness that it was delivered when you stand to have to repay me my money... I'm sure the next comment will say someone must have taken it and its not your fault as 'it's policy to leave flowers unattended on a doorstep'.I have sent you yet another email today and tried your number again and regardless of whether you have received it or not, you also have my contact details from my order so why are you not contacting me to resolve this? Why are you continuing to argue with me over this review?I don't understand how you can run a business like this... I have nothing to gain from this review except for to get your attention which obviously worked in public, but now I just want this sorted and my money back! I have attached proof of my emails and order confirmation for ease. Maybe you could use my details that are on your system and give me a call tomorrow...Neither of your numbers work. Everything to do with your company is a complete lie and I'm shocked that you are trying to get away with this!

Maz created a perfect drum kit tribute for our dads funeral. From a small picture I found on the internet she adapted it to look the same as our dads own drums. Nothing was too much trouble, and she changed the design to match what we wanted the night before and the end result was perfect. Thank you so much! Would highly recommend.

Passionis prepared the flowers for my father's funeral. They were extremely patient and caring while we chose our wreaths. The flowers themselves were absolutely beautiful. I would definitely recommend them.

Myself and a colleague from work purchased some flowers for a friend who was going through an incredibly hard time last week, and requested the flowers were delivered the same day as this was an available option on the website. We're big believers in supporting local, independent businesses as opposed to big chains, so this company appeared to be the best option. However, the flowers were never delivered, yet funds were taken from my account. On attempting to contact the company to explain that the flowers had not yet been received, my colleague was greeted by rude staff and two different excuses were made: the first being that they never received the order (...although funds were taken...) and the second that the flowers had been left on the doorstep of the recipient, and they had witnesses" of this. Strange and convenient. My advice would be to avoid this company. Immature
