Stagecoach Gloucester Office

A horrendous waste of my life waiting for cancelled buses! What an absolutely awful service provided compared to just a few years back when in fairness it ran like a Swiss watch and was faultless.Absolutely shocking now. My mate went to drive here as a newbie and customers were spitting in his face how terrible. Shambles all round.

Not very impressed.I decided to save the planet and take the bus to work instead of the car .To be honest the cost of £4 for an all day ticket was attractive as the bus stopped close to my office and almost as quick as taking the car without the expensive parking.However I have found over the past week that both buses to get me home did not materialise on the first day I had to wait 40mins for a bus and yesterday it was 25 mins late it was shown on the LCD in the bus stop as due then it just vanished .Day 3 waited 45 mins for the 15 min service.Not at all reliable

Absolutely shocking service and has been for many, many years with no indication it will ever change or improve. The only thing they ever change is the price of the fare, it gets more expensive but the service doesn’t accommodate for that. Drivers are rude, some more than others. They’ll never apologise for being late and buses have been late by over an hour if not more before. Customer Service phone line closes at 5pm which is really convenient as when all the drivers go missing and abandon buses for hours it’s usually during that time, during rush hour when people are trying to get home. At the time of writing this I’ve had to wait in the unbearable heat after working a full day. I’d just like to finish work and have the reassurance that I can get home with no stress. But with Stagecoach, that’s never, ever the case. When you eventually catch a bus, it’s massively overcrowded, they really do have a can of sardines mentality with their consumers.Stagecoach will never improve and I find that extremely disappointing.

The 94 is supposed to be every 10 minutes, but they cancel 90% of them. My partner has to attend university in Cheltenham and the morning buses are just unreliable. Some days she can get there, other days no bus turns up at all.Shockingly poor. No wonder bus services are going under. The passengers are there they just make false promises to them and never collect them.

64 always late ( sometimes 45 minutes late )Many children can’t get to school on time or come back home because the buses are overloaded or not coming at all !!!It’s a joke !

As a company they need to review the services and routes offered as they don't seem to be able to fulfill them. This has been an ongoing issue since the pandemic and whilst I appreciate that there is a driver shortage, which they would be aware of, they shouldn't be offering services they KNOW they cannot offer

Second time I’ve had to get off a bus mid journey as no driver to take the bus onwards. You can’t keep blaming Covid. I showed my bus pass on first bus and hadn’t reached my destination. Why did I have to show it again on second bus?Why did the driver not allow pensioner on No 10 by Warehouse in Gloucester when he had a valid bus pass? Even more shocking the driver shut the door on passenger as he got off.Keep saying shortage of drivers. In my experience the ones you do employ are surly and not worth what you pay them. Is this the best your recruitment team can do? If so, sack them.

I very rarely use the bus, but today I needed to after getting a train from Bristol.3 buses cancelled, but still show on the screen as due. 45 minutes wasted at the bus stop.Quicker to walk home to Kingsway.With the overinflated public transport costs in the UK, compared to our European counterparts. It's about time you sorted yourselves out Stagecoach.Disgraceful.

Ya stagecoach is such a bad service. Been waiting for the night bus for nearly an hour. Was supposed to be every half hour???? There is no competition so they can do what they want!!

This really isn't on... some bus drivers REALLY need to retake their driving tests....My partner and I were committed to over taking a bus stationary at a bus stop (the bus was indicating left) we about to pass the back wheels when the bus WITHOUT indicating out, just pulled out while we were along side it and very narrowly missed us (thankfully my partner knows how to actually drive!!!)... then while driving the bus along the road the driver gave us a rude hand gesture and started to write down the registration number of our car!! Surely that's putting the passengers at risk cause his eyes weren't on the road ahead!!!!We then proceeded to meet the bus at the stop ahead where I went to confront him to ask him why and what his actions were all about... he ignored me ,only when I said I was taking it to complaint he spoke only to say Go for it!"... his relief driver on the other hand was very vocal and called me many obscenities... thats not on... so you can imagine what I did!! ... yep I made a FORMAL COMPLAINT!!!"
