I never write reviews for anybody but this was worth a write. Worst experience ever! The manners the way these guys speak was outrageous. Never am I going to be using this service again. Terrible service and manners. Your wasting your money here.

They did a cheaper price for washing my cars but you could tell the quality suffered. Bit of a rush to get it completed, missing vital areas. Went home and re-cleaned the areas they missed! Otherwise, happy nice staff.

My experience with this car wash was nothing short of a nightmare. I opted for their premium package, which clearly stated a price of £80 for a full clean with wax and polish. The owner himself confirmed this price before commencing the service. However, when it was time to pay, I handed him two £50 notes, expecting £20 in return. To my shock, he only gave me £10 and claimed that the polish was an additional £20, but he was generously offering £10 from his own pocket. I pointed out that their price list clearly included a polish in the premium package. It's not just about the money; it's about their dishonesty and lack of integrity. I can't help but wonder how many other customers they've duped in a similar fashion.The owner's attitude was nothing short of rude and arrogant, and he only conceded to giving me an extra £5 when I pressed the issue. To make matters worse, I noticed that my loose change, which I keep in the car, had mysteriously disappeared. It's clear that this car wash operates with shady practices and has no qualms about taking advantage of unsuspecting customers.Even if the financial aspect hadn't been a problem, the quality of their car wash was far from satisfactory. I feel like I've been swindled out of £80, and I would strongly advise anyone to steer clear of this establishment. I will be reporting this unscrupulous business to trading standards, and I hope they face the consequences of their deceitful practices. This was an appalling experience that I wouldn't wish upon anyone.

Opted for option 3. £14. I’ve got a black car and they didn’t leave a good finish. Partially cleaned door jams. Residue left on black leather seats. Put hoover nozzle over my retractable parcel shelf and left scuff marks. My main bug is that a lady was waiting with me and she said that she was told off for having a car with a very dirty interior, don’t think she will be back, same guy who said that then nagged at me because she had a dirty car and that they aren’t there to clean that much. Well seeing my car they don’t do the basic well either at a professional finish.

They used to be friendly. Today one of the people started shouting at me telling me I can’t bring my car like this, because there was too much mess. There was food rubbish I agree but he kept on going. I have 3 children who go in and out with food. Literally have no time to clean my car. This place is terrible now, I am standing here crying because of the way I’ve been treated. I literally wanted to take my car and go but not much English and I have taken out 3 car seats.My car is a means of getting around, I brought it to be cleaned not judged. I don’t get it. I wish I could name the one guy. The other person cleaning my car is friendly but never coming here again

I use this car wash since few years but every week its getting worse.. I gave once my car for full valet and I collected my car all wet inside, I had to dry it on my own. I spent £70 and I wasn't happy at all.
