Initially I was using another agent in Edinburgh but they have gone out of business. I needed to find another agency at short notice who could manage my flat and provide a full service to manage it as I don't live in the area. I had some existing bookings which I needed them to be able to manage the guests and the cleaning. They took over my profile, communicating with the guests and had cleaners available to get the property ready. So far the service has been great, everything was set up quickly and I haven't had any issues. They asked if I could post a review which I am happy to do so and recommend them.

I booked a property through Vrbo over the weekend, and I must say that the initial listing was quite misleading. However, this was just the beginning of our disappointing experience.Upon arriving at the property, we encountered several issues that we immediately reported to Vrbo through both chat and telephone, specifically that the property was open when we arrived and the key that we used would not lock the door at all! These concerns were promptly relayed to Hello Guest, the property management company. Unfortunately, the response we received from Hello Guest was far from satisfactory: Hello

I have been renting out my property for long tenants and decided to try short lets as its in a central location in London. I was receommened to contact Hello Guest to help manage it. They got it set up quite quickly and put on the main booking channels. They have managed cleaning and guests so I havent had to do anything which suits me as I dont have time to manage it. Was very surprised by the number of bookings received and has worked out very well compared to the income I was getting from long term letting. Hello Guest have always fast to respond to any questions and would not hesitate to recommend them.

I rarely write any reviews here, only if something is indeed extraordinary.I often travel abroad and needed someone to manage my place while I'm away. I've tried 3 other companies already, they promised everything but delivered nothing.Luckily I've found HelloGuest and I can't be more satisfied. I know my place is in trusted hands and I can have peace of mind all the time. The cleaning they do is spotless. Their customer service is brilliant, always available and happy to answer whenever I have a question or if an issue comes up they sort it out fast.Not to mention my occupancy rate skyrocketed after I've switched to HG.You surely won't regret choosing them, I can only recommend!

As a guest at a VRBO property managed by HelloGuest I found their customer service terrible. We were made to feel untrusted from start to finish. They take a significant deposit, leave no list of damage already present at the property leaving you spending time sending them lists of broken and damaged items, they do not reply to messages during your stay, and fail to promptly return deposit. Would not recommend from a guest experience perspective. Their approach spoilt our experience, though the property was beautiful and we are unfailingly 5 star guests as rated by private owners.

As a property owner it took a lot of time and work to manage bookings. Now that I found Helloguest I don't have to worry about anything while I'm abroad. They organize cleaning, take care of the guests and solve the maintenance issues. They also manage and advertise my place on many platforms. I can honestly recommend them because I'm very happy with their service. I know my place is in good hands.

Was ripped off by this company in July 2023. Hidden charges to the tune of 300 pounds,,,have emailed several times , called multiple times and no response. I would not use this company again. They just ignored all attempts to contact them ... a terrible way to treat your customers , I will not use them again... beware of being ripped off by them as you have no way of contacting them ...1 star is the lowest I can give and that isn't low enough , shame on you for the awful customer service.

I've recently bought an investment property and was looking for a company to take the hassle of management off of my shoulder. A friend recommended Helloguest as they are managing all 3 of his properties since years and he couldn't be more satisfied with the results.I can only say the same 6 months after they took over my property.The onboarding process was fast and easy. I've met with the lovely Veronica once, I immediately knew I can trust them to deliver on their promises and we signed the contract.I gave them a set of keys, from then on I've never had to lift a finger. Everything's just goes so seamless.
