One of my Leki poles snapped and my query to Leki HQ was passed on to the team at Ardblair who are the UK importers.They managed to get it fixed and posted back to me really rapidly as a goodwill gesture.What a fantastic service - I couldnt recommend enough

I was recommended to contact Ardblair when I broke one of my Leki poles. Even when told by Leki the damage was technically out of warranty, they fixed them free of charge and posted them back very quickly. Lovely friendly service too, highly recommended.
