I have seen Matt on several occasions for sport massage, soft tissue work And postural analysis Every session is conducted with extreme professionalism and with a very good knowledge of the human body Matt is able to locate and treat my never ending list of niggles which allows me to carry on training pain free. Not only can I highly recommend Matt the fact I send all my PT clients to him is a fitting testismant to his high standards.

After a few sessions Matt has really helped my upper back and shoulder pain go away. He is friendly and listens to your needs which he adapts your sessions towards. I would highly recommend Matt to anyone.

I was having issues with pain in my shoulder preventing me from training properly, in one session with Matt I could feel improvement straight away and my training has improved already. I have been back for further treatment to further this. Wish I had done it sooner. Highly recommended

Matt was amazing, I had this pain on my shoulder for months. On first visit Matt managed to put 99% of that pain away. Professional and great personality. Also advised on my neck position that he spotted during the neck treatment. I always get a neck pain on that spot. Definitely coming back and would recommend Matt

Matt’s got a confident, relaxing manner and a really thorough approach to understanding and treating whatever problem you walked in with. Also he does a PROPER sports massage, which is a relief from all the frustrating times I’ve left clinics having spent £40 on a glorified tickle!

My Sports massage with Matt was great! His pressure was excellent (i prefer a deeper pressure than standard massage) and he made an hour feel like 10 minutes. My back and shoulders felt much more mobile afterwards meaning work and training felt easier after the treatment. Many thanks Matt
