If you are looking for ‘proper chippy fish and chips’ don’t go here. Wanted fish and chips by the sea. Came across this place. Ordered fish and chips plus a side of chips. Had to wait 10mins as it was cooked fresh but that was ok. Fish was lovely and batter was tasty but chips were very disappointing. Friendly staff but very keen to up sell! Was pretty expensive in my opinion too.

Nice enough place, but had to wait over 40 minutes for a pizza and a panini. If it had been busy, and they had warned me, I perhaps wouldn’t have minded, but no one else ordered food whilst I was there, only a couple of people after ice cream. Inexcusable frankly, and neither update nor explanation offered - after 30min I asked what was happening with my order, the girl serving had to check with the ‘chef’, only to be told it would be another 6-7 min! I could have made the dough from scratch in the time it took. Food was average at best, nothing special.

Got a patriot burger take away. Outstanding, really good wagyu beef and brisket. Cooked perfectly, great sauce etc. Great fries too, will definitely come again!

I walked in it wasn't busy, there was one customer . I was looked at and was not greeted with any hello just a stare, 3 people behind the till!left me standing there for 5mins at the till !while they was just chatting and still staring at me in the end I walked out the place sucks !!!!!

Be very careful to check what food comes with your order - they charge £13.95 for a burger and it does not come with chips for a takeaway and whenever we have eaten in it does - staff couldn’t care less when contacted about this either. I don’t care if it’s premium “wagyu” meat the menu and online ordering is NOT clear and that price is disgusting to not serve with chips/fries. We have been longterm customers of this and pebble beach and after this I will not go back. The burger was also lukewarm and not significantly better than one you can buy in Sainsbury for £4. I won’t be using either restaurant or takeaway again. Poor food and poor attitude from the staff when contacted. Avoid in my opinion.

We just had a lovely breakfast here. The staff was very polite and lovely with us and our dog. We ordered The English breakfast and pancakes, both were amazing, everything from the bread to the fruit and whipped cream were all fresh and super yummy. It’s also right next to the beach where we had a lovely walk. I highly recommend this place :)

We had 2 Fish (cod) and chips which were delivered on time. The fish & chips were good but far too much batter, thick & soggy, on the fish. Possibly too much flour in the batter mix, enough excess to fill a side plate!

Stopped at this Pizza and more café today We ordered 1xFish and Chips plus 1x Burger and chips we were told it would take 10 to 15 minutes that fitted in with our parking ticket and the remaining time .After 30 minutes our meals eventually turned up the burger had NO CHIPS ! I asked where is the chips I ordered Oh it don't come with chips was the reply they could do some in 4 mins well by the time they turned up I had finished the burger and to top it all they wanted £3 for them needless to say I refused to pay for the LOUSY SERVICE We are now having to rush back to our car before we get a ticket the food is not good for the prices they charge MY ADVICE IS TO AVOID THIS LOUSY CAFE AND DONT PAY UNTIL YOU HAVE HAD YOUR MEAL HAD I NOT PAID BEFORE I WOULD HAVE WALKED AWAY AFTER 15 Mins waiting

Visiting from North Carolina and made for a perfect dinner spot for the family! Their pepperoni cheese pizza was delicious!! We topped off our dinner with delicious ice cream cones to eat on our walk back = happy memories!

10/10!!! Being gluten-free, my expectations were very low, yet I am glad to have been wrong the gluten free pizza was the best I have ever had. Good service and very friendly. I 100% recommend and will definitely be going again.
