Professional consultation with good results cat had an abcess given antibiotic and painkilling injections. I was also given painkiller liquid form to put on food. Cat has been eating since returning home no side effects as yet.

It is a friendly practice. Kelly is lovely caring receptionist and lovely with my wee dog. The vet was nice and sat on the floor with my dog to make him feel at ease.

The vet was really lovely and patient with my cat teigan. She is such a scaredy cat, and she hissed and growled at the poor lady, but the lady was so kind and patient with her, thank you very much for getting those knots out of her, she is much better today,.

Just of the phone to Kelly at this practice .I was questioning about billing .Although this isn’t my usual practice, Kelly was very informative and friendly.Took time to explain why we received the bill .What a difference a lovely receptionist makes .Kelly your an asset to the team , other receptionists in the practices should learn your customer care skills !!Thank you

A loving vet who have helped out a lot with our family cats, I can't thank them enough for everything they have done from check ups to ashes, all my cats have loved the veterans who looked cared for them leaving them very happy Kittys.

Staff at St Clair's are always very friendly and helpful and I like seeing the same happy faces when I take my pets in. You can tell that the staff all genuinely love animals and do all they can to put animals at ease. The vets always take the time to explain everything and give the opportunity to ask questions and chat about my pets' wellbeing. Having more than one practice means it's easier to get an appointment quickly if needed. A lot has changed since I got my first dog in 1993, and so much for the better. The highest praise is that my dog loves visiting the vet. And my cats tolerate it!

Lovely caring staff. We havnt been back since Nov 2019 as we had to put our beloved Cooper to sleep. It was heart breaking,but we were looked after and once Cooper was gone they allowed us time with him. Hopefully we will be able to come back again at somepoint in the future. Wouldnt want to go anywhere else!

I found everyone very helpful and after my dog had her checkup the Vet ( Dawn Robbie) explained everything to me. Very pleased with the service

I attended yesterday with two of my pets. The staff welcomed us by pets name. I was asked if I had concerns and once the vet had done their check they explained in detail anything that was required. I would highly recommend this Veterinary group to anyway with pets. All animals are very well looked after.
