Booked them through Worcester Bosch for a rapid boiler fit. They contacted me at 16:15 the night before they were due to carry out the installation to tell me they were not coming after all. They have left me with no heating or hot water and as I have wasted 4 days waiting for them it's likely that I will be without heating or hot water over the Xmas period. Thanks a lot.

Cezar serviced my Worcester Bosch heatslave boiler recently. He did a thorough service and cleaned all the surrounding areas of the boiler, the first time this has been done. He also inspected the outside, i.e. oil tank, pipework etc. and gave us some useful advice on safety, maintenance etc. Cezar was very efficient, and polite.
