We have had john to lay carpets twice now we were so pleased with him the first time we had the bed room also fitted. Courteous and professional, tidied up as he went along and did not rush. Highly recommend

John is very helpful and knowledgeable, he helped us make the right choices, then he laid the laminate and carpet to a very high standard. He even offered to take some other rubbish we had as he had room on his van. Great value for money and above and beyond service. We would definitely recommend John.

I made the right choice choosing John. He is very reliable and communicates with his customer. Brought a selection of carpets samples to choose from in the comfort of your own home. Gave a very competitive quote. A firm date was arranged. John made a superb job of fitting my carpet, was methodical and tidy and even vacuumed at the end. Friendly and you just know you can have complete faith in his ability to do a brilliant job. I have friends who have taken John's contact details and will have him in the future. They were impressed with his work. I certainly have him again.

From first contact to arrange measuring and quoting John was friendly, polite and prompt. John gave good advice. Booked in across 2 days for the whole house to be carpeted and he rang the week before to move it forward a day. Whilst here working John was pleasant and hard working (2 hottest days of the year so far) tidied up after himself, hoovered after completing each room. The quote was unbeatable, top job, so happy with my new carpets - they've made it a home. Will 100% recommend and will be using again after receiving a quote for the kitchen and bathroom.

It has been a pleasure to have John in the house, he has fitted engineered wood flooring throughout downstairs and carpet throughout upstairs. John has provided advice throughout and achieved a fantastic finish.Johns quote was far cheaper than others within the area and I cant imagine anyone else getting a better finish or being half as friendly.

John fitted new carpets for us in 5 rooms and the stairs and landing. He did a fantastic job, was very reasonably priced and the communication/professionalism was perfect. Would definitely recommend.

John was very friendly over the phone, however, he scheduled an appointment at our property and then didn't show up.We had waited in to be there and tried to call to see if he was still coming, but he didn't answer, so we left a message asking him to call us back to reschedule.We didn't hear back, so called again the next day. He said he had received our message, however he gave no apology for not turning up or returning the call, just that he was very busy.Judging by his 5 star reviews I can only assume he does good work (hence a 2 star rating), but we were unimpressed with him not showing up to an appointment, no apology and no attempt to call or reschedule.
