Awful Experience - Paid for a service for two heaters, and what a complete waste of money and time it was! Engineer spent most of the time talking on the phone and service consisted of a mere dusting of the appliances. Customer service no better - their resolution was to try and sell us some more products and services at a higher price by way of apology
