Amazing service, easy to deal with company. NO hard selling, and very reasonably priced. I had four windows replacing old wooden frames. The experienced fitting team were great and fitted the windows in half a day to a very high standard, resolving a number of problems they encountered once the existing frames were removed. The new windows installed are Swish frames and I had triple glazing installed. Excellent quality and with well fitting openers. All waste from the work including the old frames and glass were removed. What else can I say, I will be calling Apollo Windows when I need some more windows replaced.

Fantastic service from start to finish.We had replacement glass in our conservatory and new window handles fitted on 2 different occasions both times the lads were so kind and professional I would highly recommend to anyone. Thank you.

Horrendous! Ordered a window told them the size…said they need to measure it. So they came out measured it. The window arrived…we then had the builder round a week later. The window was far too big for the opening.We contacted them after…to tell them…then heard nothing back until a debt letter. DO NOT USE!

This firm do not deserve custom! We arranged for a visit for a quote today. Its a day off work and have lots to do so had to wait in , appt time 10 30 _ 11 00. By 11 am no confirmation they were still coming so rang them to ensure we were not waiting in and wasting our day for nothing. The guy on the phone said they should be with us but it w as already 11am and he didnt offer to find out where the person who was coming was! Then proceeded to say ill tell them not to come. Attitude and no sorry, no can we rearrange? Obviously do not want the business and certainly would not deal with them- apalling lack of customer service. No wonder people deal with larger more professional companies if this is how the SMALL boys carry out their business. BEWARE.

After one and half month they lost my details on their file. That's very funny. I've been to Apollo office in Drybrook Square 3 times but that lady said they are working in your quotation. Also I rang many times but same scenario. Thing is my extention is ready but I don't have patio door for it because of Apollo. I went to Seven Days in Basford and they gave me price straight away and they will bring it 26 Nov. Never back to Apollo again even I would have one choice.

Well done Appollo. A marvelous job and so quick. Very neat and tidy and the lads that came were brilliant. Love our new French doors.Will be ordering some windows soon.

We had an Orangery/conservatory fitted by Apollo in 2018. In 2019 the conservatory roof started to leak & damaged the plaster ceiling & vertical blinds. Apollo came & carried out some remedial repairs however the roof has continually leaked despite Apollo revisiting several times attempting to solve the leaks without success. We have lost faith in their ability. Ian Hopkins & Apollo do not reply to emails or phone calls. A main drain was also left exposed during the construction & we had a rat infestation. A repair has been carried out on the drain but the longevity of this does concern us! The customer service & after care is non existent! The work has not been carried out to a professional satisfactory standard! A new roof is required on the conservatory & a claim has been made through the court against Apollo & we are now waiting to see if Apollo do the decent thing & pay for the roof which should have been done properly in the first place!

Started the quote process about 6 weeks ago, 6 windows fitted today. Absolutely great service, lovely fitters, credit to thy company. I would recommend.

Apollo visited my home on 31July to quote for a few small remedial jobs. Quote did not come until 4th Sept after several phonecalls! Still waiting for work to be done after several more phonecalls. So disappointed. Previously I found Apollo very helpful but not this time. I have to find someone else to do the work it seems.
