Garage conversion. David and his team were all fantastic from begining to end, all ran so smoothly. Top quality, top class work, polite team kept you informed what was happening next and when, cleaned up at the end of each day.I would highly recommend to anyone and will be using for any work I require doing in the future.The end result was spot on just what I asked for with an excellent finish. David and the team are outstanding builders. When we initially read the reviews they seemed too good to be true, but they really are exceptional. The work was completed without plans and was a substantial building/landscaping project. The bottom of the garden was excavated before foundations and reinforcements were added. A 50m retaining wall and railings were added before a 130m patio with substantial stairs completed the job. David communicated with us every day, making suggestions and refining our vision. He works tirelessly to ensure that customers are happy and content with his work. Not only is David extremely courteous and polite, but the team are superb too. Hardworking, committed, punctual and diligent, we can not recommend them highly enough. Whatever your job, David and the team will complete it to the highest of standards. We will recommend them to friends and will definitely use them again in the future.

Dave and his Colleagues have just finished an absolutely stunning extension on my house and all I can say is 5* service and quality from start to finish.They started the job early July and within weeks the extension was up. His colleagues Nick, Steve, Dan, Andy and Karl all worked well as a team to make sure everything ran smoothly to meet my deadline of beginning of September! They were extremely helpful and polite, cleaned up after themselves and went above and beyond in their daily challenges of getting the job done!The house looks amazing inside and out, we've received so many compliments and are very grateful to Dave and his team for making our family home so beautiful. We can definitely recommend JD Builders!!

David and his excellent team Nic and Carl carried out our rear garden patio extension with wrap around quarried stone walls in August 2019. The work was carried out in a polite professional manner and to a very high standard despite poor weather during the first week of the build. The build was all the more challenging because the only access to the rear of our little cottage (middle of three tied cottages) is through the cottage from our front door. This meant physically carrying all building materials, tools and cement mixer! Nic and Carl were the mainstay builders for much of the build and arrived punctually each day and began by laying dust sheets through our ground floor rooms from the front door to the rear door and at the end of each day they carefully folded the sheets ready to re lay the following days. During our build David was involved in managing other builds in Lancashire but kept me updated on our build with texts and photos on days when my wife and I were working. We had previously booked a short break away which coincided with the final phase of the build but my wife and I were more than happy to give the builders a house key in order for them to complete the build. Whilst we were away David continued to update us via texts and photos. The build was completed the day after we returned home by David, Nic and Carl after which they removed all excess materials and tools and tidied up the area of the build and at the front of our little cottage. We have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending JD Builders and should we require further building work on our property they will be our first port of call.

Jd builders was highly recommended from a couple of people I know who had work done previously from them and then I found Dave through a search on google for builders in Leyland as my flat garage roof had come to the age where it needed reroofed (1950’s semi with a flat concrete garage roof running across mine and neighbours garages) . We are very happy with the finished work, looks very smart and especially now that it’s fully waterproof and has nice new gutters & fascias fitted it’s solid again and have no worries about water leaking into my garage. The team did a good job cleaning up afterwards too , no issues at all and will use again. Iv just asked Dave to come and pigeon proof my solar panels too as I have recently had an issue with pigeons nesting under there!! Highly recommended , thank you ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Professional from start to finish. Rebuilt our defective garage wall. Took wall down, cleaned bricks and reused.Excellent quality work, good communication, before during and after the works. Lovely team of people and I would definitely recommend.

Had David and his team in for some alterations and they were amazing, really quick, top quality and always cleaned up after each day. We were so happy with them that we have used David for all our jobs since, including a full restoration of an old cottage, and what an amazing job they did, completely transformed.
