@virginmedia scammers, do not use, do not upgrade , misspelling O2 aim scandal, rinsing you for unused line and when requested refund have to pay £80 for cancellation fee for product missold. No accountability , passing the ball with O2, no one helps. Will report to OFCOM.

I had been a valued customer for over 10 years and moved house virgin would not move with me as didn't cover the area so cancelled my services on the day I called up not on my moving date a week later! Thry then hounded me to send their equipment back offering me a fine if not sent once they received it back they decided that it was there fault thry could not supply my new house but they will charge me £276 for their error how disgusting is that so shocked in the current financial day they can get away with it never will I ever use this company again or recommend them to anyone don't know how they sleep at night

Finally terminated VM. Took an hour and three customer advisers to cancel. They kept fobbing me off and offering new deals to stop me from leaving. They were constantly reading their prepared scripts and could not answer questions if not on the script. The VM reception in this area is shocking, frequently dropping out. They have also become very expensive and would not allow be to drop services I do not use to make bill cheaper. Gone with another provider who I hope will provide a better service.

Why do I have to give this company a 1 star review when they don't deserve it? The worst possible service ever from a business. 3 calls 2 weeks ago and 5 calls today each over 45 minutes long and al I want to do is cancel the contract WHY WON'T THEY CLOSE IT - I'M NOT IN CONTRACT??????

Posting this, so ppl will be aware that this can happen.So in March‘23 I realised that I could use my benefits as both O2 and VM customer to request a discount. I was a month before my existing contact ended.They gave me a discount & apparently issued a new contract. When I realised, that they had issued a new contract, I immediately contacted customer support and asked to cancel this new contract (since I was still within 14 days “cooling-off period”). Customer service assured me that they had not, in fact, issued a new contract and that it would be fine.In May’23 when I decided to cancel, they billed me £409. I called customer support again telling them that I had been mislead by their agent and raised a dispute. They gave me £300 in credits.The problem is that, since “the new contract” was issued before 2 April 2023, the early disconnection fee is capped at £288, meaning that I don’t owe them anything after £300 credit is applied. However, my final bill showed that I owed £109 to Virgin Media. I rang customer support again & they assured that this is a mistake and this bill doesn’t even appear in their system. They told me not to worry and ignore any future emails stating that my bill is due.Today, in the middle of September, I received an email from BPO COLLECTORS asking me to pay my £109 debt.Virgin Media customer service lied to me multiple times & potentially destroyed my credit score. Please, please, please be aware of these scammers and never use their services if you have an alternative.

Worst company ever. To cancel the services had to call twice and speak with 4 different customer advisers. After cancellation they still tried to charge my account for an additional month. Had to call customer service again twice and none of them could help. Clueless advisors. Still waiting for a call back. Shocking services.

Been having Internet issues for over 3 years, (keeps disconnecting randomly throughout the day). Everytime I call, they run all their checks and tell me there aren't any issues, their best solution was restarting the router and that is it, end of. Never going back to virgin media.

Awfull…Absolutely Awfulll customer service.Their automated system is designed to keep you going round in circles until in frustration you literally give up, and even more!! You can’t even send them a direct email. It doesn’t existGood luck if you manage to find it.
