Vape town's staff are always friendly, helpful and have an abundance of knowledge which they are always willing to share.Vape gear in this day and age is expensive, a nice touch from Vape Town is the reward scheme that they offer on everything they sell. Another benefactor of this company is the way they allow customers to 'try before they buy', allowing a real detailed analysis before a purchase.Staff are always happy and are the kind of people who are friendly, well mannered and serve wonderfully as the face of the business. Extremely friendly customer service. A wide range of e-liquids as well as great selection of different kits.

I bought a wismec relaux rx3 dual the screen wouldn't work after 3 days of light use. So I took it back to the shop which is a 20 mile round trip every time. When I got to the shop I explained what had happened & that I'd like a refund as I didn't have much faith in wismec anymore. I was told by the lady in the shop that they didn't do refunds in the store or exchanges & I could have the display item instead UM NO!!! I know my consumer rights & even showed her the trading standards website which says I am within my rights to a full refund so she phoned her boss who also said no I could only have the display model instead. So not being able to stand there arguing all day I left & contacted there customer services online who said I could have a refund no apology or anything. So yet again I had to make another round trip of 20 miles!! & Low & behold I got a full refund in-store but again no apology. All in all a £45 mod probably cost me £65+ with having to keep going back. In this day & age where it's cheaper & more convenient to order online customer service should be paramount in a shop. I will be ordering all my stuff online now as it's just not worth going to a shop & paying extra for no customer service!!!

Bought a new vape kit which was put together by Vape Town and it initially leaked. I took it apart and refitted the atomizer a number of times but, the issue couldn't be resolved. I took it back and the atomizer was deemed faulty so it was replaced by Vape Town who put it back together again. Took it home and it refused to work. At this point I'd just had enough of taking it apart and putting it back together again. I'd wasted far too much liquid too. So we took it back to be told that they don't do refunds!! I am extremely disappointed and shall be contacting consumer rights as I am completely dissatisfied with the product and also the service! I shall never be shopping there again and I suggest that anyone else shops for vape products elsewhere.

Nice little shop went there while I was on holiday as needed to get my vape fix. Can't fault them really, they have a excellent selection of goodies.

DO NOT USE THIS SHOP. I have now purchased 3 vapes from here all have gone wrong was told you couldnt get the glass when my tank broke and said i would have to but a whole new tank... but you could just not from them lol. The shop only does a 28day return . They have no idea in here. My partner has gone threw 2 from this shop and as you know vapes arent cheap. BAD STOCK. Dont be mis lead by the good reviews. Im now also waiting 5 days for customer service to ring me back..JOKE... If you take a look at my google profile on the reviews i never really give bad reviews my photos have had over 20k viewings im not trying to blag any one or upset any one but this place is a joke.

I bought a product from them that failed after 59 days. I went back to the store and was told that they can’t help me after 30 days but to contact their customer service email (no number, no address). The product has a six month warranty. I sent the email.They ignored me. Over two weeks and nothing. Use them at your own risk, their customer service ethic is nonexistent.
