Bought a 15amp Marine speed controller for my boat, which came next day. you cannot beat that for service. I then decided to visit the store on Saturday as I needed a bit of advice fitting it and for a few other bits i needed to complete the electrics. They sorted my problem there and then without any hassle,The 2 guys I spoke to were so friendly and helpful and knowledgeable.I would happily recommend them to anyone.Well worth a visit and their prices are fair.A complete 5 star service. Many thanks lads. Will come to you next time I need to buy.

The service, courtesy, help, advice and speedy delivery were excellent. My husband Patrick says he cannot fault them in any way. And a special mention for Dee who he spoke to on the telephone and who was extremely helpful and polite. Since leaving my last review my husband dealt with the company again and wishes to thank Adam for his helpfulness.

Avoid at all costs!I ordered a RC car for my boys for Christmas and within 2 days 1 of the 2 batteries I ordered wouldn't charge so contacted wireless madness to report the issue and i was asked to return battery to them for testing!Received a call a few days later and was told issue was due to battery not being charged properly! The other battery was working fine and had been charged in the same way so we clearly received a faulty battery!The person I spoke to was so rude and started raising his voice and I was told to email my complaint as he didn't want to speak to me and eventually put the phone down!Also refused to return the battery to us so we are left out of pocket!Was then told in a email the battery was old and swollen and then excused me of returning a swollen battery via Royal Mail when the return label was sent through by wireless madness and the battery was not swollen when it left our possession!Since then I have contacted overlander batteries and a another online RC specialist who confirmed that I was charging the battery in the correct way! I emailed wireless madness a month ago after contacting citizens advice who advised me to do this but I am yet to receive a reply!Also ordered 2 new batteries from another retailer and have charged them in the same way and are still going strong!Terrible company, terrible customer service and doesn't seem to have much knowledge of how to charge the batteries!!!!!I will now leave it with trading standards who are more than happy to follow this up!!!!!!

I was advised that they where a HPI stockist and are even shown on HPI's website as such. Unfortunately they didn't have a gear spur in stock nor would they assist in ordering one for me when I called. Very rude and bluntly refused and very unhelpful. I then phoned Jaybees models who assisted in giving me a part number and advised to go to Modelsport.co.uk who sent the spur the next day. Even though this company is only 10 min away and I always try to support our local businesses won't be spending my well earned money here any time soon

Purchased a couple of charger adapters for my lipo batteries, there was a delay in postage which I paid next day for. After emailing them to which I got a swift reply, they had refunded me the postage cost without question and apologised for the delay.Great customer service, and the parts I received where safely packed and perfect for my needs. Will definitely be using them again and would recommend them to anyone.
