I would put zero if I could, Very bad experience today getting my eyebrows threaded. The woman who done my eyebrows took most of my hair off! Leaving my eyebrows very thin & borderline thin! She did not consult me before starting & did not show me in the mirror until she was finished. This is unacceptable & her practices should be investigated . The customer service lady was helpful she saw my eyebrows & was also shocked , she informed her manager who said they will report it to head office which I hope they do follow up. They offered me a refund & £10 gift card. I’m really upset & hope my eyebrows grow back quick. AVOID getting eyebrows done here

Customer service was brilliant staff were ready to help love their makeup range they have different varieties of makeup went for a green and gold look for eid eyeshadow was very pigmented and looked good with mix of gold also I bought 2 different green shades of eyeliner used 1 easily glides on ontop i also got liquid glitter eyeliner which you can apply without any problems i used the dark green nail polish which gave a very shiny look and looked good loved their products do recommend this place to others

Went to return or exchange a product of their own Brand as it did not suit my skin. First member of staff could not help so called the supervisor or manager which was unhelpful as well as could not return the product neither could I exchange it for something else. Showed them what the policy says online about the fact that you can bring back anything of their own Brand if not happy and they say they have the right to not accept a product back. Fair enough, then please do not spread wrong information, I was open to exchange it as well but nothing.

Nobody is answering the phone rings until it cuts off. Store not delivering my medications on time always owing my medications. On a whole the service poor. Right now I'm waiting on my blood pressure medications which have delivered yesterday but ut still waiting

If you go at 17.50 they'll tell you they are closed.. if you ask them what time they close then they say 6pm, why you don’t let people in if are left 10 minutes?

Never had any issues here, the shelves are always stocked and staff are always helpful. When I needed help matching a lipstick colour to one hat i had the lady working near the makeup section happily helped me. Prices are very good too.

So this is in regards to the eyebrow threading treatment I recieved there. I’ma let the photo do the talking.But for a short context my eyebrow lady is on maternity leave so I wanted to go to someone else as I couldn’t go on any longer with my uni brow unifying. I went as I used to go there to a lady before I found my lady at Bodytoxing. But my eyebrows look trash honestly! She make them a freaking snail trail!For reference the super thin eyebrow (in the black top) is from Superdrug (why I’m upset) and the thicker eyebrow (in white top) is from my lady at body toxing.I won’t go here again that’s for blooming sure. No wonder it’s so cheap!
