Upper Crust Birmingham New Street

I was served by Taran. Excellent service. Greeted with a smile. Although coffee wasn’t that great but wasn’t really expecting much from Upper crust.

Absolutely lovely service from Dipti! She was polite, chatty and a pleasure to be served by. The baguettes I bought were also delicious, especially the Firecracker Chicken. Thank you, Upper Crust!

Great service from TT she was very patient and polite! Also, she made me a lovely coffee.

The coffee is tasty and the service is super. I was served by Anita, she was very friendly and welcoming.

There was a lovely worker by the name Dipti ! She was very good with helping me with my dietary needs that I had.She was such a friendly and kind face there and made m feel so welcome

I sat in Birmingham's New Street station at 15:45 Undecided what to eat. Decided I may try Upper Crust. Then I saw one of the female employees, sneeze into her hand several times, the procede to move a trolley and fill up the drinks fridge. I went over and asked the other lady for a complaints address, she did not know this information. I then asked her to tell her colleague to wash her hands as she had sneezed in to her several times, touched the trolley, dividing door and bottles of water and pop she placed in the fridge. The oriental lady who had sneezed thought this highly amusing. She then sat down on her personal phone and rang someone to laugh about it some more. Not once did she wash her hands after being asked to and continued to serve food and restock all areas.This Upper Crust employee is the lowest of the low crust in my opinion for hygiene, attitude and professionalism.Unfortunately you cannot post without giving a star which is wrong. Therefore 1 star for atmosphere of the station not Upper Crust
