Been for my first trip with the dog today, phoned up at 1 had an appointment by 3 the same day. Receptionist extremely welcoming and efficient and Georgie/Georgia(?) was extremely knowledgeable, educational and clear with instruction. Thank you guys

My dog is very scared of vets and staff at the Winkleigh branch have been wonderful with him during some recent treatment. They allowed me to take him in just before his op so he didn't have to go in a cage, and examined him in the waiting room as he is too scared of the consulting room. Highly recommended!
