Better than the other local supplier by farBeen buying from DAF for years, now switched to rawtdoor, much better quality, noticeable difference in dogs condition and temperament. Delivery a touch expensive so we collect, The food price is fair for the quality. Also the flat packaging is great for freezer space

Excellent quality dog food, and a massive selection to suit all dog types. It comes already frozen, and conveniently flat packed. Have been using this product for over four years, and my dogs love it. We maintain that it helped towards one of my dogs (an Italian Spinone), winning his class at Crufts, which made him top junior dog in the country 2017!3017

I used Rawtdoor for the first time about a month ago for my EB pup. He absolutely loves the food (hamper) and is thriving on it. Really impressed with the quality and service, I’ve renewed my order and hopefully it will be one of many.

Absolutely amazing service from order to delivery, been brilliant about my boy who's epileptic and they know he can't have certain protein, i ordered some lucky bags and was very kindly told that it might contain one or two of the proteins, I always mess up when ordering and Laura is always at hand to help me out, I've got to stop recommending rawtdoor to people as I'm scared they'll run out of my babies favourite

Great service, fast, convenient and they understand how to raw feed properly and safely. Food is packaged in an innovative method of ‘flat pack’ which is so much more convenient than other manufacturers. Can’t fault them!

Very good dogs eat there food as soon as it’s down.unlike when I fed them dry it sometimes sat for a day or so they are in top condition.The staff are very friendly and helpful it’s a pleasure to deal with this company

Food seems good and dog enjoys it. Thing that I found a bit disappointing was the fact that the food did not get to me on time and no definitive offer of anything was made. Even if just a small discount on next order or possibly a discount on shipping. Just a small gesture like that would have ben nice. they assured me they are changing courier service so they obviously aware it is a problem. Give them a try but maybe wait until they have a more reliable courier service!

Initially looked good food but after being on it for a month or so the dogs became very hungry to the point they were interested in their own poo - now back on Nutriment they are fine. Contacted Rawtdoor but yet to have this even acknowledged.Also had issues with missing packs and pack containing a massive piece of skin.

Big thank you to Kevin and his team. Excellent service and very high quality raw food for my Bengal cat, who at age one is 6kg of pure lean muscle and happy on his raw diet. The packets fit great in the freezer and easy to chop into blocks using a long chefs knife and a nylon faced mallet. Defrost well the night before, ready for the next day feed. Have been using since day one and will continue. Much cheaper than commercial ‘humanised’ cat food. He gets a great choice and the plate is always clean shortly after putting it down. The food stays out for up to 2-3hrs and is still fresh enough for the cat to eat (short digestive system)Thank you Raw2door
