We started working with Katie earlier this year and although she doesn't usually train men because I tagged along with the other half she took me on as well. Her training is focused to your goals and the sessions are always fun if hard work. She will never push you beyond what you are capable of but will always encourage you to push yourself that little bit more than you want to do. She's a great trainer who is focused on your needs and works with you to achieve your goals. We would recommend Katie to anyone.

I’ve worked with Katie for a few months and her support and enthusiasm for fitness is fantastic. Even when I was nervous before starting she was there supporting me. Her professionalism is clear and her approach to fitness is genuinely one of encouragement- she wants you to do well no matter what! After a gym session on my own I messaged her to tell her how I got on and her praise was so genuine you want to do well even more. I have recommended Katie to many of my friends. Nothing is too much for Katie - messages of reminders for booked sessions are always helpful! I used to dread the idea of the gym - now with Katie’s help and support I love it and can’t wait to go even more! Thank you Katie!

Katie inspired and educated me to create a healthy lifestyle. She praised the small victories which encouraged and motivated me when I felt out of place in the gym. In a short period of time she taught me so much and thanks to her I am much happier and more confident. I feel good and love the gym for that alone. I would recommend her to everyone. I started training with Katie when I retired from work almost two years ago now. I wanted to be fitter and stronger going into my later years because being retired and getting older is great as long as you are fit and healthy!! Katie has been great; she's encouraged and supported me all the way, gently and carefully pushed me along and I have reached a level of fitness I never dreamed I would! Her sessions are always planned she know exactly what you will be doing when you arrive. She works you hard but it's enjoyable! She also a super girl! Give her a try you will not be sorry!

Katie is an amazing trainer, who plans your sessions around your goals! I was very nervous about doing personal training but Katie put me at ease from the start! I really enjoyed my personal training sessions with Katie when I was pregnant. I trained with her once a week during the last few months of my twin pregnancy and she was great. She was really helpful and professional, always pushing me but constantly keeping an eye on my technique to avoid injuries. I have been going to the gym for years but I felt safer having Katie as a personal trainer while pregnant and she was really helpful in making me feel great! She also went out of the way to give me tips and advice for when I was training on my own.After I had my babies I went back to work out with Katie as, due to the obviously more busy life I couldn’t go back training with my husband who helps me pushing me harder. I’m finding these post pregnancy sessions extremely useful. She understood my needs straight away and is encouraging me to gently and safely get back to my pre-pregnancy routine! Love it!
