The report was speedy (same day) and had a phone call after the survey to ensure I was up to date with any information I need to know. Neil was extremely professional and friendly. I was recommended by a friend and after a 10 minute phone call Neil had talked me through the full process from start to finish and advised me on which level of survey was most suitable for my needs. Within 24 hrs Neil had sent me a quotation for the works and was booked in through a hassle free process on my behalf. Immediately following the survey Neil made a courtesy call to talk me through the findings along with some sound advice and the 100 page report soon followed a few hours later. Excellent service from start to finish! I was recommended Neil through our estate agents. He called me the same day and explained the whole process to me, what the price includes and everything he would do. He made the whole thing a lot less stressful and worrying with us being first time buyers. He called me straight after leaving the house to discuss his thoughts and explain everything and also sent the report the same day and a check in a couple of days after to check that we had understood it all and if we had any queries. No waiting around! Can’t recommend enough! 10/10 service and quality!

Got in touch with Neil at the start of September and told him I was in the process of getting my house, I asked for a quote for a level 2 and he was so helpful on the phone, he told me the ins and outs of the survey and promptly sent me the invoice. A few weeks after, I had a message from Neil asking if I was still interested and if I wanted to book in which was great that he asked which I thought was very professional. I got booked in for October and as soon as the survey was done I got a call from Neil explaining everything which was great! He sent the report not long after and said I was more than welcome to contact him anyway with questions or concerns! Great service and extremely professional as well as helpful. I would 100% recommend Trew Surveying!

Great service and excellent communication.Needed a L2 Survey for a property I was buying and had no issues at all. An invoice was given straight away and a booking was made the next day for the following week.The survey was completed and had a phonecall straight after to give me an update before the report was written. The report was professional, giving me a great insight into the property and made it very clear what the issues where and even some recommendations with pictures to support.I would recommend to anyone who needs a survey, especially first time buyers like myself.
