I would recommend Jon if you want a careful job with attention to detail. He painted the front of our house, the doors and windows in Lewes. We were very happy with the result and the quality of his work.

Jon and the guys redecorated our flat in Newhaven between tenants. We agreed the level of finish with them and were really impressed with the completed job and their attention to detail. He also arranged for carpets to be cleaned and the gas fitter to test and issue the safety certificate on the boiler. Really easy to deal with, great suggestions about all aspects of the maintenance, not just decoration. Will definitely use again. Thanks guys.

I have a large stairwell, and I really didn’t have the ability or experience to deal with it. A loft hatch had been moved, new electric power sockets installed, badly installed fixtures fitted to walls, bad cracks in old plaster, and it hadn’t been decorated for at least ten years. The previous occupant was a tenant and hadn’t been kind to the property. Jon arrived and wasn’t in the least bit phased with the tasking. He fitted coving so perfectly that you can’t see the work done, he made good the old loft hatch location and you wouldn’t know it was there. The new loft hatch has been blended in perfectly. Add to the filling, replastering, making good, sanding poorly plastered walls, and even painting the radiator cover to match the decor. Jon sourced paint that also wouldn’t harm my pets. Chunk and Khan the cats, along with Lulu the dog are going to miss him dreadfully, and when I had to dash to hospital to be with my Mum Jon went above and beyond by watching out for the pets, and even feeding them too. Jon’s work was clean, tidy and at no time was his presence an inconvenience to my day to day life. I simply cannot recommend this firm enough, and neighbours have already expressed an interest in employing him. A HUGE thank you for a spectacular job.

Jon has produced excellent results on the three rooms that he has decorated for us so far. But that is not all. He uses ingenuity when confronted by the unexpected, which happens often in our old house. He also always seems to know a specialist, when one is needed, and co-ordinates their work which is so welcome when one lacks the knowledge to do this. Jon always goes way beyond any expectations in terms of expertise and technical solutions. He is never fazed and tackles every day with genuinely good humour.
