We approached Davis Tate Twyford, as we are looking to relocate to the area from London. We initially met Meghan, who is delightful. She clearly has extensive knowledge of the area, and properties she is marketing. She is both professional in her approach, and friendly. listening, and taking on board preferences, whilst offering advice and ideas. The viewings were not rushed, we felt very secure in the knowledge Meghan was listening and taking on board requests for future viewings. Meghan always responds to communications promptly, and instructively.We also had the pleasure of being shown around a potential property by another agent, James Dormer. From our initial meeting, James was friendly, and helpful. He was very informative with regard to the property he was marketing, highlighting key features, whilst taking note of any questions from us that he wanted to confirm. Although the property wasn't right for us, James didn't rush to end the viewing. He still showed interest in our search for the right property. Both Meghan and James have made the beginning of our property search a happy and smooth one. I would not hesitate to recommend Davis Tate Twyford.

We have been tenants at the same Davis Tate property for 17 years. It has been, I would imagine, a difficult property to manage.It's grade two listed, old, and has been maintained to a very basic level for such an old building by the landlord. The landlord are a group of charity trustees. So the liaison needed for decision making on maintenance has, I am sure, been a massive headache!We've been here so long we've had more than one property manager. All have been great. Our current property manager, Melvyn Hayden, has been fantastic. We do have endless issues with such an old building, but Melvyn has always helped with everything we needed to address, in a very helpful, efficient way, chasing for follow ups and confirmations to make sure things happen when they need to.We always prefer to be home when anyone visits, for maintenance or inspections, for anything, and this can make scheduling more complex. Davis Tate have always been very understanding and have respected this. They work to find a time for visits when we can be present.We are sad to leave. For 17 years we have raised our family here, and we just need more space.
