Heat Central

We've used Scott a number of times since moving to Halesowen (adding 2 new radiators, fixing a leak, boiler and gas fire servicing). He always replies quickly with good advice. When our boiler kept losing pressure every 3/4 days he quickly diagnosed the fault to be a leaking heat exchanger in the boiler, he was happy to repair it but we opted for a new Worcester Bosch boiler and a Hive. All fitted in less than a day, clean / tidy workmanship so would definitely recommend Heat Central to anyone.

Having struggled with an inefficient central heating system for some years we asked Scott from Heat Central to install a new combi-boiler (in the upstairs airing cupboard), new radiators and replace existing micro-bore pipe work. Scott was very thorough, pricing the job and explaining what was and was not possible. Its a big job but the quote was very competitive when compared to other companies we asked. The work was carried out on time and nothing was too much trouble for Scott or Wayne who were a pleasure to have around the house for a few days. They left no mess and explained how the to operate the system properly. Its working perfectly and I would highly recommend anyone to consider Heat Central for any central heating work.

A good experience from start to finish. Scott gave good advice on a boiler replacement and answered all our questions about boiler makes and thermostats etc. He turned up on time as promised and we were happy with the installation. We would definitely use this company again.

His advice was clear and informative. The decision to go ahead was made on Wednesday and the new boiler was up and running by Friday. I got in touch with Scott from Heat central who is an approved Worcester Bosch accredited fitter ! He came to my family’s rescue when our boiler packed in the end of December we had no water or heating. Scott gave us a great quote on a 30kw life boiler and hive and squeezed us in to get the job done quick.While on the job a pipe upstairs sprung a leak and Scott was straight onto the job repairing and replacing pipes for us. Got in touch with Scott as he is a Worcester Bosch Accredited installer. We had a Bosch Boiler and 8 radiators installed from Scott. Him and his team were very professional. Provided advice on the best location for the Boiler, radiators and pipe work. Very clean and tidy work. As it is an empty property, he kept in touch constantly with updates on the install. We had a little hiccup when the work was completed and I felt 2 radiators were positioned a little too high against the window sills. Scott readjusted the radiators. Can’t fault this guy at all. Highly recommend

Prompt quote service with project date agreed. Scott delivered a high standard tidy job ahead of scheduled. Installed a new combi boiler plus new pipes and transformed the water tank cubicle into a much needed upstairs toilet. Very reasonable quote with no surprises.
