Allure Lash Lounge

I was dreading my infill appointment yesterday. I had one pretty much bald eye after an eye infection. I maybe had 4 lashes left and my natural ones were still pretty short, came in hoping she was able to do a half full eye to get me through Glastonbury.Pheobe is a miracle worker. I swear she stopped time to get all those lashes in. They’re so full and bushy, my expectations on how they were going to look were pretty low because of the amount of lashes missing, but Pheobe smashed my expectations out the water and then some. Can’t believe how good they look. Thank you so much ♥️

I've had 3 lash lifts at Allure Lash Lounge now and I'm hooked. Everyone is lovely and Phoebe is a brow shaping wizard. My brows have honestly never looked better.

I came and had my lashes done for the first time recently and I picked allure lash lounge because not only have I seen/heard good things they have won many awards so I knew I would be in good hands.Ameila was great,we talked about what would look good on my lashes and I told her what I wanted. She was really patient as I swear I needed a wee every 5 mins (side note, don't drink caffeine before you come! I only had a cup of tea but that was enough!)I also had bare twitchy eyes and apologised but apparently this is normal and they have things they can do to help with this.I have to say as well there was another girl there who had her first lash extensions and she kept saying how long they were and she wasn't happy with them. She made a point of saying that she wouldn't leave unless they were taken off. All of the staff were brilliant, talking though the process and what they do and even though the salon was fully booked (it was a saturday) they rallied round to get this lady sorted (one member of staff even offered to work though her break) - the sign of a good team!!With this in mind, if your getting lashes done for the first time, please do your research. They have a website and Instagram page that gives you so much information. Every lash extension is going to be different given the length of your own natural lashes. Talk to the staff to figure out what will work best for you!Thanks again, I absolutely love my lashes, I will be back!!

I visited this lash lounge recently and I was shocked like the experience there ..Rude staff grumpy not welcoming clientsThey take full payment in advance onlineVery bad customer service !!They even trick people online by letting them pay full amount of money instead of deposit!!They don’t even offer drinks to clients although I paid £85 on lashes !! I was expecting a decent customer service

Everyone made you feel very welcome. First time I've ever had a lash lift and tint. Really impressed with the results. I dont wear make up so looks like i have mascara on. Had Lily and she was so lovely that the time flew by. 45 mins well spent.

This was my first time at the salon and I will never go anywhere else! Phoebe did my Wispy Volume lash extensions and I was a bit anxious as I did not have a good experience at my last place but I was put at ease immediately.I wanted a balance between natural and dramatic cat eye look (leaning a bit more on the natural side). I was not very articulate and couldn't describe what I wanted in words so showed pictures to indicate what I wanted with a few changes. Even though I was not specific and completely incoherent, it's like Phoebe read my mind! She did the minimum look of the Wispy volume version and it was exactly what I wanted in my head! She knew if she put more lashes in, it would have been too dramatic for me.The hours flew by and I was more than comfortable throughout my appointment. After care was very clear and I also bought the eyelash wash which came with a handy brush.I cannot believe how long these lashes have lasted, I got a solid 3 weeks before I noticed a visible reduction in lashes and even then it looked like I had mascara on. The lashes fell out slowly and I had around 6 weeks before they all fell out. This is also the first time I did not see my own lashes on the false lashes when they fell off.I live in a different city but I will only ever go to Allure Lash Lounge, absolutely amazing and worth every penny...thank you so much Phoebe!!

Lashes are nice but zero customer service. Told her it was my first time and she just said okay lay down - no verbal communication or explanation throughout and had to ask specific questions about aftercare as nothing was offered unprompted. Overall poor customer experience :(

Very welcoming as soon as I walked through the door.Felt very comfortable through out and Kate was very personable and friendly as well as doing a fantastic job with my eyelashes. Great experience, I will use Allure again for sure.

Highly recommend allure lash lounge, it’s a beautiful salon with an amazing atmosphere and a team of experienced and lovely staff. I regularly get hybrid eyelash extensions done by Chloe who always understands the look I aim to achieve and executes with perfection. I’m consistently extremely happy with the results and couldn’t imagine going anywhere else
