Hendy Kia Ferndown

I recently had a car transferred from another Hendy to Hendy Kia Ferndown so that I could test drive it locally. I ended up buying the car and from start to finish I cannot rate the service highly enough. Sam who works at Hendy Kia Ferndown was absolutely wonderful in providing advice and helping me with the test drive and finance procedure and picking up of my car. My mother came along with me and was equally impressed with Sam, such a warm and sincere gentleman - not pushy at all and really personable. I noted all the staff on site appeared friendly and helpful. I’m really pleased that I chose Hendy Kia Ferndown and would thoroughly recommend them. Great service from Sam Sheppard at the Ferndown Hendy Kia branch. He went above and beyond to ensure the purchase went through efficiently and professionally but the additional personable approach went a long way to build trust. The Manager Gary was excellent too, highly recommend this dealership due to the quality of the product and professionalism of the team. Checked kia website for a suitable car as ours car wasn’t worth fixing, they had a couple in our price range, the website is great , so straight forward . I phoned the ferndown show room and spoke to Mark, so helpful, went through all the options, very knowledgeable. I explained we need the car quickly and he sorted everything out super fast. Extremely pleased with my new car. I’ve been wanting a new car for ages but been put off looking for one by bad experiences of garages and car sales people in the past (other car makes/garages, not Kia). The car was exactly what I was looking for and from viewing to payment day everything was made so easy for me. Mark was really helpful and patient, explaining what all the features did and really put me at ease throughout the whole process.
