Brilliant, professional and caring service. Gaby was very helpful in guiding us to choose the best selection of flowers during our mothers funeral. She was thoughtful, understanding and very professional. The flowers looked amazing on the day; much better in real life than the pictures. Gaby is absolutely brilliant - very caring, professional and super responsible! The shop has such a variety of the freshest flowers that you can’t resist buying some! The service is always at a highest level. Once I confused the date of delivery and called Gaby (it was Sunday when the shop is normally closed) and she rushed to the shop and delivered the flowers with a speed of the rocket! At Christmas time the shop is so beautifully decorated! You can feel that everything they do is from the heart!

Don't like leaving poor reviews at all, but was very disappointed with the size of the orange & purple circular wreath which was approx 30cm in size and very small for the 74.00 I paid as it was the smallest wreath at the funeral and could hardly be seen amongst the other wreaths. I had specifically asked for a decent medium sized wreath when I ordered it on the phone but this one was not. Thank you for bothering to reply to this only I did not choose the small wreath as like I said I ordered on phone and not via internet and specially asked for a medium wreath. Also 9.00 delivery fee for 1 mile from your shop to Kelly Funeral Directors in Holders Hill Road NW7 I find to be excessive.

GABY x Jennie Mann Flowers, SAVED MY BRIDE.4th June 2022 was the big wedding day and our other florist didnt deliver the Brides Bouquet of Flowers- An instagram business, yes we learnt our lesson! Never again.I called at 10am and spoke with Gaby about a rush order of fresh Roses, a bridal bouquet of flowers with the silk wrapping and pins.She said she will make a couple calls as there wasn't anything available. Gaby called me back in 5 minutes to say they're being delivered to her store in the next hour and she will prepare it all before 1pm!*I NEEDED THIS BEFORE 1PM.*Gaby called me around 11.45/12pm and said its all ready to pick up.CAN YOU BELIEVE IT!? Gaby went above and beyond and saved my Bride! I can never forget this day and how they delivered in such VERY short notice!I've googled all florist in the local areas of N10 and none of them wanted to help me and my last call was to Gaby, Jennie Mann Flowers.My customs will forever be with this florist and everyone I know will be referred there.Thank you so much.

Lovely florist with a gorgeous selection of plants and flowers! Very kind staff as well. I wish we had them over in NYC…. My S.O. and I stopped by to get a bouquet for a family member this morning and they did such a nice job. Thank you!
