After a really busy period, my partner and I were in much need of some R&R and booked a couples massage along with other treatments. Astrid and Jessica were able to fully cater to all our needs and went above and beyond not just in delivery of treatments but also customer service. They created a really friendly and welcoming environment. I can't recommend Spa Room enough!! Will definitely be back if in Bath again. Thank you!

What a superb place to go for spa treatmentsA warm welcome awaits you from the barbers, then it's downstairs to the treatment room.My wife had the Rainforest Ritual and 90 mins later I had a full body massage.Jess, our therapist on the day was fantastic, made us feel very relaxed from the start and totally rejuvenated by the end. Orges the barber also managed to fit me in for an amazing shave while I waited my turn at the spa. A wonderful experience in a magical environment.....Highly recommend, perfect!

I recently had a wonderful Swedish massage with Astrid and I will most definitely be returning. Astrid really took the time to understand my needs and tailored the massage beautifully. The space itself it so comfortable and private - like you're in your own bubble! I left feeling relaxed and so much lighter than when I walked in - thank you Astrid.

Great massage, in fact one of the best! My husband made an enquiry last minute for a massage for us both and Astrid was very accommodating. She tailored the massage to suit my needs and after the treatment I could really feel the difference. I arrived with so many aches and pains and left tension free. Shame that I don’t live close by otherwise I would be regular customer!
