Far too expensive for EVERYTHING AND DONT EVEN HAVE A CURRENT WORKING PHONE NUMBER, JUST SO I CAN CALL TO CHECK HOW MUCH SWAN MENTHOL FILTERS ARE ON THE CIGGARETTE SECTION, UNBELIEVABLE, ALL I WANTED WAS A PRICE N CANT GET THEM ON WEBSITE OR PHONE, THEY NEED NEW STAFF, NOT THIEVES, THEY ALWAYS TAKE EXTRA CHANGE AND KEEP YOU TALKING SO YOU DONT NOTICE UNTIL YOU'VE STARTED WALKING HOME, AWFUL AWFUL SERVICE, DISGUSTING TOILETS, PRICES ARE ABSOLUTELY EXTORTIONATE, PLEASE TELL ME THE PRICE OF MENTHOL FILTERS, AND PLEASE UPDATE PHONE NUMBER, WEBSITE AND SORT YOUR STAFF OUT AND LOWER YOUR PRICES, OR YOU WILL LOSE CUSTOM, PEOPLE ONLY USE IT BECAUSE THEY HAVE NO OTHER CHOICE IF ITS CLOSE BY, OR AN EMERGENCY, NO CONSIDERATION FOR C.O.L THERE ARE PEOPLE LIKE MYSELF WHO ARE POOR AND NEED A DECENT AND RELIABLE NON THIEVING STAFF AND GOOD PRICE GOOD SERVICE PLACE!!!

It is the only 24 hours fuel station in Windsor. There is a free cash machine - ATM - you can safely withdraw money without any concern. The station does not allow any clients inside during the night. However, one gets served through the window wicket. The majority of debit and credit cards are accepted. The station has got everything you might urgently need during the night time. Yet, the prices are much higher than at normal retail shops or supermarkets. The nighttime salesmen are ok but not an outburst of friendliness except for one with glasses and longish hair. Overall it is the only place you can get your basic shopping done in Windsor past 11 pm.

Incredibly rude and unhelpful staff. I needed help with something quite simple and they out right refused and when I was upset and in a panic they told me off for being aggressive, unable to distinguish the difference between desperation and panic vs aggression.

This experience never happened to me before I went on Monday there to put some fuel I have put £20.03 when I get in may car the tong from the fuel it didn’t get up at all I was thinking that my car is the problem, after I went to another petrol station I that tong get up, very bad experience I will never will come there I will tell all my friends that they going there to don’t go. Need to be careful with Thai petrol station ⛽️ because you can be scammed like I been

Varied reviews of this petrol station but in the main probably one-offs for the more negative comments as I have always found staff courteous. Unfortunately, twice now, I've had to wait for a scrap metal truck loading metal over a fence... nothing to do with the garage but blocking the car wash entrance. OK so it's really convenient for them to park up in the access to the car wash but selfish as they have access on the other side!

I drive past this place every evening from work between the times 6pm-8pm. They always have cones blocking the entrance to suggest they are closed at this time...?! The one time they did not have the cones in the way myself and other drivers pulled in and tried to fill up but the pumps were not working. One gentleman walked up to the door to go in to see what was happening but it was locked so went up to the payment window and there were two staff members inside at the till by the window. They ignored the gentleman as he tapped the glass and had asked “excuse me?” They just continued chatting to each other next to the window. That gentleman gave up and left however, another went up to the window - again the staff ignored for a while but eventually just turned and said they had no petrol so they were closed. Don’t bother with this petrol station. It is worth no effort at all.

Terrible Petrol Station. On numerous occasions they only except cash, and nearly every time in recent weeks they have not been accepting nectar.They are more than happy to let you fill up with £50 worth of fuel and then tell you that nectar isn’t working, they never inform you before filling up.The place is poorly run and no signs of improvement.

Won’t ever return here again! the staff were rude and wouldn’t give a refund for the car wash even though we couldn’t use the car wash!! No concept of customer service - been back 3 times for a refund and every time a different excuse as to why they can’t refund me - so have lost very regular customer over £7! Where’s the logic in that ! Overall sadly there wasn’t a zero star ⭐️ level as 1 star is being far too generous!!
