Terrible company. Ordered their broadband in 2019 and received a golden ticket. I thought great then they led me on for 4 years telling me I would get connected then they cancelled my order without telling me. I’ve spent 4 years out of contract waiting to G network only for them to have cancelled it I don’t even know what to say.

EDIT:Several more calls and someone has finally canceled my account.Original:It's been 6 months and I'm still waiting on someone to actually fulfill my cancellation request. They are great to use after the initial setup/inspection delay, but now that I'm no longer in a serviced area, and have moved properties, it's been a nightmare. Multiple emails, many phone calls and false promises and still no progress. It shouldn't take 6+ months to cancel...

G Network has been simply the worst customer experience I've ever had. I regret not to have checked these reviews before I signed up. If you are considering it, I highly recommend you to go for another provider. At the beginning everything went smooth...My flatmates and I changed our broadband to G.Networks in June 22, after fiber was installed in our building. Nurul, the Sales point of contact, got in touch straight away and signed us up with a direct debit system. However, when I changed flat in March 23, I notified them that they needed to change the name and the bank details of this contract. This is when the scam came into play. Instead of simply changing the name in the contract, as it was agreed, they asked the new tenant to sign a new contract at which point started receiving payments from them whilst still taking direct debit from me.This is when the ordeal of trying to get in touch with the support team started. Despite being assured multiple times that it was a mistake and that it will be fixed ASAP by Ahmed from the Complaints team they kept taking a direct debit till well after the contract would have ended. I only managed to cancel the direct debit in September after multiple tries. Then I got another version by Henry from Account Receivable team saying that my contract was untiI the end of 2023. Beyond the scam of the double contract on the same address, it doesn't make sense as it was a 1 year contract that should have ended in June 23.So in summary, I contacted their Support more than 20 times by emails and phone over the past 8 months. It is complex to get an answer from them and when you get one it's to say it's the problem of another support team.At the time they owed me £81 that was automatically invoiced through direct debit. If you do take the risk to go for this company, I advise you to at least not accept Direct Debit.

Absolute clown driving a company van this evening, overtook vehicles that had pulled over to let an ambulance pass. Not surprised to see the negative customer reviews with such arrogant employees!

Like everyone, cycled round their roadworks for fully a couple of years assuming no amateur company would be allowed to tear up almost every road in London with zero outcome. Waited and waited for them to come and do the survey and installation. They seemed worth the wait when the charming guy finally came. In the end, absolutely nothing happened. They didn't even have the decency to say they weren't able to follow through on the order. Still, seems we dodged a bullet. You can't do anything these days without a reliable internet connection and that is what you won't get with G.Network. That they've got away with it withoug a public scandal is symptomatic of the dire leadership we've endured from Westminster since 2010.

Similar to other reviews I have seen on here. When it works, it's great. However I have had no Internet since Friday (now Sunday) and when I call to resolve I got told someone will be in touch within 48 hours! I reported the fault on Friday and had an email to say it had been resolved... it hasn't. When you only cater to businesses the criticality of having Internet is even more important!!

Installation was efficient, especially as it didn’t seem like an easy job.Luis, Oliver, and the other technicians did a great job. Super friendly.Much appreciated.

Installers were great, quick and friendly and efficient. They came back next day to fix a fault (the fibre cable had been bent and broke likely not their fault) and it works well. Not wholly consistently lightning but always fast. One issue is the poor customer service, I have called them twice to get a bridge and they have raised a case, given me a case number and thereafter, silence, nothing, zip, nada....Case number is 00267744 if someone from G Network wants to give a prod and get the missing star!

Had no issues with internet, and am genuinely impressed by the level of customer service G Network provides which is far above its competitors. I've had a great experience chatting through some concerns with Tony went above and beyond to ensure my queries were answered. Would definitely opt for them every time!

Terrible customer services and unreliable internet. we are a medical practice on Harley street and the internet is failing us a couple of times a month for a day each time. yesterday we were told the broadband going into your building is working - it's your repsosibility after that point - contact your own IT" we did that and the signal coming in to the building was measured at 12Mbps. we are paying for 300Mbps. we eventually managed to get an engineer round from GNetwork
