Loved it and would definitely recommend it to men 40+. I've been taking it for about 4 months and I've felt more active and energised than I have done in the past 15 years. It got me back into the gym, lost about 6kg and picked up some muscle mass which has been a bonus as I've always been slim-armed and round-bellied.
