Harwoods Jaguar Crawley

Booked MOT and oil service provided with 3 times to be there and waited all day for them to be completed and no updates if follow up works are required lack of communication between workshop and service advisor poor customer service unsure if I will return

Had to wait over 40 minutes just to check in. Also, told couldn't remove an engine warning light because not diagnosed here. Wanted £220 to check it ( prices elsewhere range from £50-80). Not at all impressed with Hardwoods.

Attended to purchase parts for my jaguar. Welcomed by smiling reception staff and spoke to Ross in parts. He was exceptionally helpful and polite. His customer service was excellent; I was exceptionally happy with my visit and will visit far more often for their expert advice.

Danny deserves a recognition reward for his level of customer service and expertise. The whole process of buying a car through him has been a delightful experience, free from pressure when we had several challenging events to deal with which he was very mindful of. We have since bought our new F Pace and forward to the handover in due course

Service department is very slow in dealing with your issues. First time I have bought a Jaguar new. The car was good, but the after care at Harwoods Crawley was poor. It is the after sales that makes you want to buy another car from a dealer. My experience with Jaguar after sales puts me off buying another from them.

Paul organised the necessary test drives very professionally and made us very much at home while we ordered the car. We look forward to hearing about progress of the new car build in due course.

I have just purchased my new Jaguar from Harwoods Brighton. This is the second time I’ve bought from them. On this occasion I dealt with Ros and Max and they were both superb people to deal with. Ros, in particular, was a delight to do business with - professional, knowledgeable, super efficient and a genuinely lovely person. She took time to understand what we wanted as customers and explained all the options available to us in a very open way. Max was great too in helping us achieve the package that we wanted at a price that suited us all! Overall nothing but praise for Ros, Max and the Harwoods buying experience. I’d have no hesitation at all in recommending the Harwoods Brighton sales team!

Have just purchased a 2020 f-pace awd chequered flag.My sales rep was Phil Bevan who was very professional and very pleasant at no point did I feel preasured in the process. Also I would like to say that the reception staff were also very pleasant
