Went to get some money for my dinner, as any normal person does. Waiting in the cue patiently to be told once she had done the ladies in front of me she is done and doesn't care... Now straight away where 8s the customer service SKILLS! And in general RESPECT! I understand people need dinner and she wanted her dinner but it doesn't harm to speak to people with manners and respect. Disgraceful. Woman has always had an attitude with customers. Give the job to someone who deserves it. And knows basic customer service skills. Not what I expect in my local shop. Need some training.

Rude women at post office counter , post office says it open till 6pm, got there 5:30 and women rudely commented that they were closed ! Needs to learn some manners , no apology & wasted journey!! if shoe was on other foot I’d of said ‘so sorry it’s closed early as no staff’ but she was rude and huffed at us. A little respect goes a long way .

Well if you need the post office after 5.30 don't bother, cos the post office part is closed, I rushed like hell to get a parcel got there for 5.45 to be told it closes at 5.30 cos its joint with the newsagent part which does close at 6pm. Apart from that the staff are helpful.

Useless. Staff not trained to do the job or just lazy. After waiting in line for 20 minutes to tax a vehicle I'm told We don't know how to do taxing a vehicle here. You'll have to try another post office""
