Darren was really helpful in finding me the storage initially and getting the right sized unit; when I used the facility for the first time today I realised what an effective set up it is with trolleys, packing materials and a good lift. Excellent service.

I have been using Sentry for over a year now and I receive fantastic service each time contact is made. Staff are friendly and Kealan went above and beyond helping me with the process of my move when I got delayed travelling down. Would highly recommend.

An extremely well looked after site that is clean and secure. Colum and his team go above and beyond to cater for customer needs, with a smile. Colum is soon moving on to manage another site and will be missed - but I have no doubt that he has set very strong foundations for the Waterlooville site to continue to be the best self storage location in the area - convincingly beating the others on price, customer service and facilities. I couldn't recommend this place highly enough.*UPDATE* Darren is now the mananger and runs a very tight ship, with a friendly and helpful attitude. The best storage in the county.

From start to finish it was very good experience having one the storage units, the staff where excellent at the sentry self store Waterlooville. They really made you welcome especially Matt Stone and the week end staff as well. Customer service was excellent nothing to much trouble. Happy Christmas to you

We have had a store at Waterlooville branch for a year now, and the service has been exemplary. In just the past month the manager has accepted 3 deliveries for us, contacting us as soon as they arrive for us to come and sort and store.A superb facility with exceptional customer service.

Had great service from Sentry at Waterlooville. Helped us in to a unit three years ago (mid 2020 & mid Covid) during our house move from Hell. Couldn't have made it easier for us. Ongoing service has been great - we've moved unit twice as we down-sized our our stuff. Were equally as helpful today at the end of our contract. Good value, well run, smooth operation and billing. Thanks guys! Highly recommended.

After reviewing many of the local storage centres locally, Sentry were the first to call me back but initially couldn't help with my specific requirements for a ground level 20ft container. The next day I received a call from Darren as a unit had come free, so the customer service was proactive, helpful and instilled a high level of confidence from the outset. I've subsequently been to site to sign up and Darren was efficient and highly professional and the storage unit was secure and in good condition. Therefore I can happily recommend using Sentry Waterlooville.

I highly recommend Self Sentry, Waterlooville as the place to rent storage units. I have rented an outdoor unit for nearly 2 years and have only ever received a professional polite service from all the team.Due to the nature of my business, I often find myself at the unit out of hours or late at night and always feel safe with the locking gates, security cameras and lights throughout. It provides that extra peace of mind when working on my own.Thank you to the team at Self Sentry.
