Griffin Dental Practice

Truly bad service. Phone constantly engaged no matter when I ring. I have missed an appointment and can't get through to sort it out. Not only that but having to wait nearly 6 months with temporary fillings before the final appointment is a JOKE. I will be changing dentists. Not recommended.

Came to this dentist for an emergency appointment and i couldn’t recommend them enough!All the staff were lovely and the dentist was very helpful!

Been registered with Griffin dentist now for many years. I've never had a problem, maybe an overrunning appointment time but these things happen and are out of their control. I've seen several dentist at the practice in the past but for many a year now a lady called Roberta has seen to me. For me the best dentist I've ever had, such a pleasant and caring nature and really puts you at ease. All the staff here I can not fault in any way, always friendly and when I've needed an appointment quick, got me seen to. Alway good to be greeted by the familiar face of the tall lady on reception ( I should know your name by now as I've known you long enough, sorry)Thank you to all for many years of service.

They have recently redone the outside and the waiting room has a new couch. Looking so much better! I think the whole area's appearance is improving. They are an NHS dentist in a big city and incredibly busy, because of that it's not easy getting an appointment. They do make time for you once you are here and I found the staff to be kind and very efficient.

I'm sure they gave me a filling I didn't need and not enough numbing I felt pain when they were drilling

Great dentist!I would highly recommend this dentist, it’s recently been refurbished and looks great.Dentist and staff are all very polite and helpful, never had a problem getting an appointment they always do their best to get you in as soon as possible

Absolutely disgusting, patient is not at the forefront of this practice.Phoned to let them know I wasn't happy with treatment and was told 'you only paid 25pound, if you're not happy go elsewhere' rude staff! Terrible 'treatment' if that is to standard then you really need shutting down. Appalling

I've been registered here for about 3years and never had a problem. Emergency appointments are easy to get if you ring early and staff are nice enough.However routine appointments can be two months away to book and the recent dentist I saw informed me they no longer do root canals here which is ridiculous as all dental practices should do it.

Really poor dentist. They make no attempt to save teeth. Will always just want to extract a tooth rather than trying other treatment to save it. Can never get through on the phone. Avoid if you can.
