Very friendly and welcoming. Sports on the telly and some games tables to enjoy. Most of the bevvys you would expect. Well done Saks!

Popped in for posterity after many years away, and found the late afternoon atmosphere really good, staff really friendly and beers reasonably priced. Pool table and decent music added to the effect so all in all happy to come again.

Good venue, visited when Pink Flamingo night was on and sound was good but location of band slightly off. Great that the venue are willing to pay local bands for there service. Well done Saks.

My favourite bar in Southend, it's priced right unlike most the others, the staff are friendly. No a place to meet new people but great for a game of pool and a pint.. Oh and to watch some live football!!

Hired the downstairs bar and function room for a 60th party and we had a great time. Staff were brilliant which helps make the night and was pleasantly surprised with the great buffet the chef made for us. Highly recommended.

Great selection of beer. Good pool tables. Lots of TVs for the football and really great staff; and they're kid friendly too!

Super chill environment, me and my friend come here during college breaks sometimes cuz the pizza is great! They also offer us a nice selection of non alcoholic drinks, staff are so friendly too, definitely recommend visiting :)

Saks was really quiet and not really set up for disabled people with steps down to the toilets and up to the bar. These steps are pretty big too but nice friendly staff and good service
