Charged two hours labour for a five minute job. You charged a main dealer two hours labour to change the rear parking sensor unit on my Dacia which is located in the nearside boot it's secured by two ten mm plastic nuts a less than five minute job. I still have the receipt if you want to see it (warranty repair).

Unfortunately, I had chosen to use this repair outlet, I've been lied to, misled and had very little in the way of timely advice. The current owner has taken it upon himself to make any changes without consulting with me first. I repeatedly asked for costs to be forwarded to me, and never received one ,even when he promised to get it complete. I never had an estimate for the repairs , he is now saying he gave one to me? Complete liar and has only one thing in mind ripping people off.Shame on you Dave.Avoid this place completely.

We have used dens autos a couple of times without any issues at all, prices were always reasonable and staff were helpful. However until recently we won't be using them again. After checking my car they confirmed that my car needed a timing chain change which was quoted at £1200, as we trust the staff we booked in the works to be done. The garage struggled to gain the right timing chain for my car and therefore they apparently reached out to the dealership. To speed things along I contacted the relevant dealership directly to be told that they don't recall any conversation with anyone at dens autos to which I queried this with dens autos, they instantly got their back up and told me that they will no longer fix my car and to take it straight to the dealership instead. The customer service I received was absolutely shocking and a disgrace. I had no choice but to take my car to the dealership and good job I did as they actually confirmed that it wasn't my timing chain at all but just a pulley which will cost £250 to fix. Thank God dens autos received the wrong part and that I saved hundreds and hundreds of pounds on something that didn't actually need changing. Will stay well clear of dens autos from now on after the way they treated me and tried to change a part on my car that was fine and wasn't the issue.

Dens have helped me out time and time again. Whenever I have an issue I fully trust them! Always recommending them to anybody who needs a mechanic. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️
