The wooden frame to our conservatory was very rotten in places and very difficult to repair. We decided to have it all replaced with UPVC. We thought this might be quite difficult but how wrong we were. Badgers came out and measured everything and didn't think there would be any problems, and they were right . The fitters arrived at the time stated and set to work immediately. What we thought might be a 2 day job in fact only took them 7 hours. Everything went extremely smoothly with no hiccups. The standard of work is extremely high and the finished result has surpassed our exoectations. Both the fitters were very friendly and hard working. Thank you Badgers, we'll certainly recommend you to anybody who asks.

We bought patio doors from Badger Windows several years ago and were very pleased with the original work and fitting. Now we needed an adjustment to them. The service engineer, David, fixed the door and incredibly there was no charge. Brilliant service!

They are installing new door, fantastic quality - the fitters are professional - helpful and going the extra mile to ensure the job is to standard - Cannot recommend them enough. EDIT: 2022, just had 3 new windows..BIG SHOUT OUT FOR BADGER..professional, polite, cleaned up and took rubbish away and windows are absolutely amazing, am over the moon - cannot recoomend this company enough.

Really impressed with our experience of Badger Windows. The director came for an appointment and wasn't pushy at all but knew his product really well. Received all the answers to our questions, got to see our products in the showroom, the fitters were very nice guys and the quality v the price is excellent. Would definitely use again.

Mr Freelove.Just had a new back door & window frame fitted, the fitters were very professional, they cleaned up all of the rubbish, very happy with the finished job, £600 cheaper that Safestyle. I would highly recommend Badger Windows

Neil and Dave have done an amazing job replacing my door and windows. They were friendly, very helpful and cleaned up better than I would. Job fitted in quickly after I had to cancel original date due to COVID. Good advice from Ian on choosing products. Just got to pay now! Would definitely recommend.

We had a really dire service from this company. The initial meeting was great, charming service. But when it came to installation, they turned up days before the agreed fitting date and refused to fit on contracted date, then it transpired many of the windows weren't to the required measurements. What made matters worse was when they removed a window they dropped it and it fell onto our extension, damaging the already existing building and very new windows, causing them to leak. Despite me being at home and witnessing this damage for myself, the owner of the company then (after lots of calls asking for help) eventually turned up and was incredibly aggressive and rude, blamed the poor workmanship on us, saying we were trying to get free windows. I was utterly disgusted by his attitude and the incredibly poor service. We ended up having to get another company in to finish the work. I wouldn't touch this company with a barge pole.Edit on 19.10.2021 - responding to Badgers' comment on my review. Indeed, the work was carried out in 2016. For Badgers to claim that they have an email from me with positive feedback about this work is utter nonsense and a real reflection on Badgers as a business if it can not be honest. I have numerous emails sent to the company outlining my complaint about the standard of work and happy to share those on this review thread as evidence. I will not remove my honest account and review of the service that we received from Badgers.
