Outstanding customer experience. They were let down by their online colleagues but if I'd have dealt with them from the start i wouldn't bank with anyone else. Go in branch!

My husband and I needed to close one of our Virgin accounts and open other. All of the options were explained to us by Lauren, who spent 90 minutes with us, on the phone and the internet guiding us through every step, switching the accounts, and downloading the app on to our phone. We couldnt have done it without her. Amazing customer service. A big thank you to Lauren and her colleagues.

Makes a change to have a bank with staff who are actually helpful and know what they’re talking aboutClearly they are concerned about customers lady in front of me on the last visit struggling to stand due to pain in her back before you knew it the staff had got her a chair and cold drink without her even askingWouldn’t bank anywhere else
