Utter waste of time. Went for a viewing this week to a property that Red Key Lets we’re advertising, and all seemed positive, and was told I would get a call in the afternoon to confirm if all was ok or not. No call whatsoever, and found out online the property is now let. Not even a courtesy call, which is quite rude. Wouldn’t bother wasting your time if I was you.

I tried to rent a property through this agency. If you call them you are asked to complete a form. I did that three times. If you email them they ask you to complete a form. I gave them a lot of information, but they didn't have the courtesy to reply. They have one star because I can't give them none. Complete waste of time.

Helped me through every step, was always really nice and informative, when I collected the keys, I was given a welcome pack with treats and vouchers, This made my day! Overpriced for a tiny one bed apartment. Kicked my friend out who was struggling with depression and messing him around with the end of tenancy agreement. Only gave him a week to move out of the flat. Avoid this lettings agency!! Biggest rip offs ever

They called me on 29th of July, 2023 to view a property in Alicia Crescent near East Dock Road, Newport but they never turned up at the property. I waited for nearly an hour. I sent a text message and even called them. But they never replied back. I felt really helpless.

This is the best property service agency in newport. All the other agencies don't even entertain tenants. I was struggling for almost a month to find rental property in newport. Red key properties helped me find a beautiful apartment overlooking the river. The process was super smooth with red keys. I even received a welcome box from them. Im greatful to Richard and callie for everything they have done for me.

I attended a viewing a few weeks ago with Richard. Richard advised that I would receive a call from him shortly after to confirm if I was successful or not, this did not happen. In my head I already new I did not get the property from comments Richard made on the viewing however, a call would have been nice. I will never use this agency again a complete waste of time.
