Carpet King

I have just had a couple of carpets fitted and I am super pleased with the service and end result. As a female, I have found I sometimes get pretty rubbish treatment by tradespeople from sales through to work, but not at all in this case.I booked a measurement online and this was punctual efficient and a friendly service. I visited the shop and was again given cracking service, a good price and a positive experience. Then the fittng was booked simply and the guys were professional, friendly and efficient. I couldn't ask for more. Highly recommend and will use again. Thank you. Cracking service all round!

This company is terrific! We ordered two large carpets and they were both fitted within 4 working days. The fitters were very kind and helpful and even managed to make up for our poor measurement skills. A right royal service indeed.

Amazing service, start to finish. If I could give 10 stars I would.Not only did they get me booked in for a fitting within 2 weeks of my initial inquiry, they were always prompt on arrival. Guy came to measure very efficient and very friendly. Went into store and was greeted by a friendly team when choosing my carpet.Chose the cheap carpet with no resistance or hard sell for a better carpet (as had experienced at another well know Exmouth carpet shop earlier in the year) They asked my needs and catered exactly for that.Fitters arrived promptly on day of fitting & absolutely smashed it. Not ideal working situation as fitting directly to concrete floor but no complaints and got the job done to the same high standard as would be expected from a professional carpet fitter (more than can be said for the other well know Exmouth carpet shop self employed fitter)The team finished the job and then went truly above and beyond tidying up the shoddy workmanship from the other well know Exmouth carpet shops freelance fitters. The finish they were able to provide was head and shoulder above what had been done originally.Really, A huge thank you to Harry, Lee, Jacob and Martin for providing a top quality & unrivalled service. I will never go anywhere else again! Such a breath of fresh air to have some tradies with integrity!Highly recommended, look no further. One very happy punter!King!!!!!!!

I always use these guys, Harry and Steve are always welcoming, know their stuff and the fitters are a professional bunch. Definitely recommend them and the showroom has a multitude of options ! Dave G

I visited the Carpet King shop in Exmouth on Saturday 16th October 2021 and spoke to a young guy who greeted me with a blank expression and minimal perfunctory answers to my questions, not once did he smile. I selected a carpet and he recorded my details saying that he would be in my area the next day but did not know what time and that he would call me. I waited in all day and did not receive so much as a phone call. The following day (Monday), I received a call from another member of the Carpet King team who said he was outside my home, unfortunately I was at work. I asked why no-one had called me the previous day and he said replied that they don't do survey visits on a Sunday. I was not in a position to talk further so he said he would call me later to rearrange the visit. It is now Wednesday 20th October and I have received no contact from Carpet King. If this is the level of service CK delivers, I am glad not to have given them my business. I have now instructed a different carpet supplier.

So welcoming. Disabled access great. Harry was attentive, informative and was able to direct us to the samples which met our needs. Great price quote which includes underlay and fitting. Have come away with samples and an appointment to check measurements in a couple of days time. All good so far.

The workmanship was sensational! I am very happy with my new carpets.
