Informed by Just eat that food was on the way 25 minutes ago, phoned China Palace and she said ‘they are just waiting on a driver’ so I’ve reported to a just eat

China Palace has shut down - Rainbow (next door) completing their orders! Food totally uneadible, cold, stringy, and appeared reheated. Requested full refund.(Strange that Rainbow menu prices cheaper than China Palaces, but charged China Palaces prices!).

I've never felt so scammed in my life.Those cost over 7 quid.

Got a takeaway on Saturday from China palace. Absolutely disgusting. The chicken they used was covered in jelly. Smelt and tasted disgusting. Avoid

after reading the reviews i was quite worried. i had already ordered and could not cancel. but so glad i couldn't because this food is delicious! the reviews are totally misleading. the food got here quick! the service was fast! however, chow mien was a little cold but nothing a microwave cant fix. the chips were perfect and a very large proportion too. :)

2 hours wait on delivery. When you ring up asking were your order is thru said on their way. 30 minutes later still no Oder.

Vile food burnt chips chicken balls were all covered in brown bits on the meat curry sause had set in the pot dirty vile place to eat

Food came early which I was pleased about, then to find two items missing off the order phoned back no apology was given then had to wait over twenty minutes for the missing items too be deliveredWon’t be ordering from here again.

I ordered 2 Singapore chow meins via Uber eats. We were really looking forward to it but when it arrived, it was just a box of cold, very dry noodles. No meat, prawns or onions etc., just a couple of beansprouts.I tried to complain to Uber eats, but there is nowhere to complain. So I phoned the restaurant.... No reply! It went in the bin and was put down to experience. I will never use either again!

Tried on two occasions using deliveroo, both orders took over two hours, even though the estimated time for delivery was 1 hour. I may have been a fool for trying again but I like to give places benefit of the doubt. One of the biggest problems was that they didn’t even answer their phone after over 10 calls on the second occasion so I couldn’t even get an update. I’m sure you can imagine after a two hour wait the food was also very cold and somehow managed to burn wontons? Definitely will not be using again and not sure why the sites like deliveroo have these on their site if they can’t even get hold of them either when customers are not satisfied. Good luck with anyone that wishes to try this takeaway!
