Terrible experience. Suits are nice enough despite the sizing being way off and I got the suits in a timely manner but I needed to refund one, which it clearly says I can do on the website, but have gotten nothing but silence from who ever runs this place.Sketchy all around, the return address on the website was not the same as the one on the return slip, the company name wasn’t even Arabecca, it was for an Etsy called TweedByNad. When I emailed to ask what address I should send it to I was given a third different address.Spent $57 of my own money to return the suit, got confirmation from my mail carrier that the suit was delivered to the given address within six days of posting it, well within the two week return limits. It has been weeks since then and several reach outs on my end and I have heard NOTHING. No confirmation of receiving the suit back, no information about when I can expect my money refunded. So at this point I consider my money to have been stolen and I am taking it up with my credit card company.There’s a lot of positive reviews on Etsy for these suits but are those real? Idk but I’m here to let buyers who may need to make a return to beware.

Bought a three piece burgundy tweed suit which arrived really promptly and was absolutely beautiful. Sadly the size I got was a bit too big and I didn't have time to exchange it as I needed it for a wedding and didn't have enough time. So I returned the suit and ended up having lots of issues with the courier and the return ended up being delayed. Nadine was really empathetic to my situation and really helpful, whilst also communicating very promptly. I was worried the return wouldn't arrive within 14 days to qualify for a refund but Nadine kindly issued the refund even though the suit got back to her late, which I really appreciated as I was on holiday whilst this happened so I couldnt action things as quickly.The suit is really beautiful and the quality is really good and I would highly recommend!

The suit is of high quality and perfect for my wedding day! I had to organise a size swap of the suit and everything was so easy to return, the replacement arrived so quickly, so happy with the customer service!

The suit was shipped and arrived really fast!As my daughter tried on each piece, it was as if it was tailored to fit her! The pants, vest, and jacket are all a perfect fit! I’m impressed and so very pleased! The material and buttons are quality!We wish we could give 10 stars!

This is the second tweed suit I've purchased from Nad, and I'm very pleased. In this case, the fabric used is a subtle window pane tweed and has a nice heft. As you can already see from the images that Nad provides, the cut of the suit skews boy." That's OK by me

Let me explain-Even though the suit didn't fit and I returned it, my experience with Nadine was so sweet, I want to give her all the stars for her customer service! In a world where we are taught to doubt others and think protectively, she actually trusted my word. She went to the neighboring warehouse to look for the item after it was delivered there by mistake. I was so touched that she believed me and that she took the time to understand my feelings of helplessness being across the ocean trying to figure this out. She's a peach!

Impulsively bought the blue tweed 3-piece suit for a wedding and it is so beautiful! Fabulous style and colour and a perfect fit. So pleased with it.

Very helpful. Good quality material and nicely made. Would be even better with a breast pocket and inside pocket. More colours in linen suit as well.

Endless problems with refunds and exchanges. Avoid at all costs, including the Etsy store TweedByNad.
