Northside Park & Ride

Would give a minus if I could. Absolutely shocking service as the times have changed dramatically. No service from 9am until 4.45pm. What are the decision makers thinking about!!!!!! Put the original services back on. No good reviews at all so does this not tell the so called bosses something!!!

I don’t know what has happened but certainly lack of information is not the way to treat customers . On Wednesday in Belfast we waited past two timetabled bus pick ups and after calling the bus depot discovered there was no further transport until late that afternoon.I always thought the park and ride was a great system but not anymore , and the fact that there was nothing to tell us buses no longer run regularly is a disgraceful way to run what is supposed to be a public service .

Bus timetable is unreliable to say the least... also the car park is absolutely full of litter. Disgraceful!!

On Saturday 6 April, 9.28 am, Northside Park and Ride, the bus driver on this run was the rudest, most unhelpful, unpleasant bus driver I have ever encountered. As I walked along the side of the bus to get on, he closed the bus doors and drove off. I saw him look in the wing mirror, so there is no doubt he saw me. I waited for the next bus and sure enough it was the same driver. I asked him about the temporary stop near Victoria Square and I can say that it almost hurt his face to answer. This guy really needs customer service training! Do these drivers not realise that without passengers, they wouldn't have a job!! I actually walked back out of town rather than encounter this attitude again!!!!

Disgusted at the service. Four of us waited for a bus to take us into town - no buses came. Discovered when I phoned them that service was not running all day. I note a review two days ago where the same thing happened another lady. The timetables still have not been updated. Will never use them again. Paid for parking and had to repay again in town. Still selling tickets but no service.

It's convenient.
