Dudley Port railway station

Disappointing.

Omg forget it they have NO disabled way of usage I fell top to bottom down the steps no disabled lift I'm pursuing a labour mp over the discrimination my coat got soaked in the holes in the steps

Just a station.

Worst train station security see people vaping and do nothing. Loads of then on their mobiles, train station not even wheel chair accessible. Really needs to be modernised tipton station is a zillion times better. One lousy shelter which is not even sealed off and therefore wind blows through it. Network rail really need to do some investment because its shameful. Only two benches so you often have to stand in the cold and rain great. Hopefully with reinvestment this station will improve. Why are you paying for security who I have seen sleeping and on their mobiles. I would rather see that money been spent on more benches and some sort of covering as its freezing cold wet and damp. Another kick in the teeth the 6-25 train to birmingham is now so over loaded that you are litterally having to stand for the whole journey as no seats. Service has got worse not better as promised.

Shocking!!no ticket office open, waiting room locked and trains constantly delayed!! Awful

I give only 1 star as not suitable for wheelchair users as only stairs to get up always been like this should be sorted we live close to this station but can't use it because of this time the railway sorted it

Island platform so all you need to do is just wait for the train. I haven't visited this station since 1997 at least so sorry if I am wrong about some stuff. If I am not mistaken this has a small waiting room. Around 2 or 3 miles walk from Dudley Zoo. There is no port in Dudley. Hourly train service with some trains going to Wolverhampton and Walsall. Also some buses going to Birmingham, West Bromwich and Merry Hill.
